Thanks for putting this out...I am beyond outraged, and I would love for our govt to demand that Musharraf condemn this assasination and once and for all go after the Taliban, take a very strong stance against the terrorism that is raping any peace efforts there. I believe she would have been elected into the postion of Prime Minister and would have cleaned house...thus the taliban ordering and carrying out her assasination! frickin cowards..among other dispicable things I just won’t say right now.

There was a post on FR last night where one of the people who prepared Bhutto’s body said that there was a definite bullet wound.

The still pictures I’ve seen seem to back up that it was an assassination instead of Bhutto dying og a fractures skull.

Whether she died of a bullet wound or a fractured skull from the bomb blast, she was clearly assassinated.

Bomb or bullet, it is still an assisination. The skull impact (if it was cause of death) was a result of the blast, not ducking 18 inches into the car.

Early reports said the shooter was also the one wearing the bomb that exploded.

However, in another pictorial thread, it said another person with a white head covering (like a burka) who was close to the shooter was the one who was wearing the bomb.

Either way, a collapse of security occurred. Whether it was a separate shooter and bomber or one-in-the-same, the security failed to detect both the bomb and the gun.

This could turn into a JFK type thing. The leader is dead, but how? Folks say it was a bullet. The government says it wasn’t. And people start thinking the government is covering something up. Why would the government deny the bullet wound, then witnesses say they saw the bullet wound?? Maybe people will start thinking the government was behind the assassination. Could get real interesting.

"I meant to say '...dying of a fractured skull.'”

The "s" and the "d" are dangerously close on the keyboard, aren't they? I have the same problem from time to time.

Is the guy firing actually riding on the back of a vehicle? If I didn’t know any better, he was riding on the back of Bhutto’s escort vehicle. Hmm, could this guy be one of her “guards?”

Bhutto murder used to spread malware

Malicious JavaScript pushes Trojan Virus writers are exploiting morbid curiosity about the assassination of former Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto's to spread malware. Surfers searching for video footage of the suicide attack that killed Bhutto and at least 21 others on Thursday are liable to find malware posing as video clips that attempts to trick users into running malign ActiveX controls. The malicious downloaded file is detected by Symantec as the Emcodec-Trojan.

The ISI did it. A man [who I'll not name] who lived there for 15 years...and was involved in covert ops...he put a phone call in to Pak soon after this happened to his contacts that would know and that's what he was told.

"I just heard from my local friends that the ISI is 99,99% sure behind the killing of Benazir. This is an interesting perspective because my own point of view would be that the ISI could do with Benazir what they wanted if she would be prime minister. In this case it seems they chose Nawaz Sharif. Anyway, Nawaz is a big dumb idiot, his brother Shabaz is the brain behind him.

I said already that the ISI is behind the murder of Benazir, they are the drug-dealing islamo-facists of that country."

The people of Pakistan; those in the streets and elsewhere; better get a grip. That Bhutto has been taken out; may be a huge shock; but it cannot be a surprise. They are feeding the terrorists ego; and their desperate appetite; at the world's expense.

Bhutto was fatalistic but courted openly the challenge to her life.

She is gone; and those angered, grieving. . .need to get control of themselves. If they do not; there are more than few; who are willing to do it for them. . .

Now this is what Dr. Jack Wheeler says about this:

The ghastly murder today of Benazir Bhutto in Pakistan is a classic example. This is an irreversible disaster for her personally, but not necessarily for her country. It offers Pervez Musharraf a platinum opportunity to hold his country together and rid it of its twin evils.

For an understanding of Pakistan from its creation in 1947 to today, you've got to read The Lunacy of a British Legacy. Focus especially on the Islamofascist behind the ISI (Pak intel), Hamid Gul. Musharraf placed him under arrest in early November but released him a month later.

There are two theories over who killed Bhutto, Al Qaeda and the ISI. They are not competing but complimentary with Gul the nexus. Musharraf now has the chance to funnel the outrage towards smashing Al Qaeda in the Pushtun tribal areas and unleash the Army upon the ISI. One indication of how he'll move is if he has Gul arrested and shot.

But if he doesn't carpe diem, 2008 will see Pakistan in a meltdown maelstrom. At this moment, Pervez Musharraf is the only thing holding Pakistan together. And note: Nawaz Sharif is Hamid Gul's stooge. That Sharif is now demanding Musharraf resign is one more indication Gul orchestrated Bhutto's killing.
