I believe smokers and non-smokers can live in agreement. Non-smokers don’t like smoking establishments..don’t go there. Smokers don’t like non-smoking environments..don’t go there. Let the free market decide who wins and loses.
It’s pretty easy in my world. There shouldn’t be government intervention at this level. If there is...it is just the beginning of what you can and can’t do. Just watch.
