"Journeyman" was a so-so ripoff of what was it, "Quantum Leap"?
I thought the pilot was interesting, but that's about it.
FWIW, one of the writers of "Journeyman" is the wife of Dennis Miller's sidekick, "Sal".

How about Terminator IV where Arnold destroys California? No, wrong genre Cicero.
SCC is Sci-Fi, Terminator IV is a reality TV show that airs every day.

She is one of the most beautiful women in showbiz. Yea, but there are some Freeper Gals who compare rather favorably - yourself included.

Sick of “cool fighter chicks”? Me, too. Unless they undress.

I’’m sick of “cool fighter chicks.” How about some dudes
blowing stuff up.
I watched Bionic Woman for about 15 minutes before I realized what it was. The main character came off like a feminazi from hell and seemed to get off on her new found ability to beat the crap out of men .... hmmmm, wonder why it flopped.
As far as fem-fatales, it is way overdone to the point where 98lb women may actually believe they can fling a 280lb man across the room. Hollywood loves showing women as superior to men in fight scenes and they know the young male adult will watch anything with guns, bombs, and hot young female bodies. Besides that target audience, this is but one more reason why men are walking away from movies and TV to pursue other interests.

As I understand it, this one was so bad it had to go back for a re-tool.
As a rule, I don't watch any of these reboots. Enough already with reliving our youths. Let's see some new movies and TV shows, not endless retreads.

So I say to the Bionic Woman... “I don’t care about your bionic eyes, arms and legs...You know which parts I’m interested in! Unscrew ‘em and let me borrow them for a couple of hours...”

Been watching Quarterlife? that is different

Already been done. Besides, California had it coming.

Uh, Cylon chicks are supposed to be hot and seduce folks.
Hillary would make it impossible for the Cylons to win the next election.
:-)
btw Summer Glau was awesome in the Firefly series (and the related Serenity movie). For those Freepers that don't know Firefly was a libertarian-oriented TV show that is available on DVD.

Who says all the Cylon models are hot?
Cylons kill people in large quantities.
This model kills people by instituting government-controled healthcare. There is seduction involved, but don't expect to be kissed. Not that you would want to be in this particular case.

It’s feminism’s approach to entertainment, and it’s everywhere.
Strong and tough women, wussified and oafish men - it’s the latest version of the “mis-matched buddy cop”.

When John Connor was a kid he wanted a Terminator that looked like Arnold Schwarzenegger. Then he reaches puberty and now he wants a Terminator that looks like Summer Glau.
I tell ya, no flies on that kid.

>>and they know the young male adult will watch anything with guns, bombs, and hot young female bodies.<<
But men don’t like women that can kill them - lol
That’s why these shows are doing so poorly. The writers think that feminism sells, but it really doesn’t.
That’s why Lena Headly’s character from ‘300’ was so dynamic. She was strong and bold, but she was also submissive and loving to her husband. She didn’t try to overshadow him or dominate.
And, IMO, that’s what appeals to a male audience more.

According to the ‘trivia’ section on the IMDB.com page:
>>This series ignores the events depicted in Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (2003) and considers it non-canonical.<<
So, that’s how they get around the gaping plot-holes. Instead of creatively writing a dynamic plot to co-incide with the trilogy, they just scrap it and do whatever they want. Ridiculous.

Robots who keep sending increasingly upgraded terminator models back in time in an attempt to kill their foe before he reaches adulthood. And of course they will do it in liniar time rather that just going back and wiping out John Conor's great grandmother. Duh!
To: ItsOurTimeNow
There is a truth to it though - women who are exceedingly beautiful and powerful (money and or influence) are extremely dangerous!
