I found this video - and was shocked.
I also called New 5 ABC in Boston.
I was told that was their camerman right there filming this.
Couple this with the comment from the page of another person:
I called News 5 ABC in Boston, whose cameraman is there on the right and they confirmed that these are in fact paid Romney staffers - not volunteers and not plants. That they would do this in front of cameras just shows how dirty and brazen these people have become. Unreal. Call for yourself to verify .
Here is their contact page of the network:

Here is their phone number:
What do you think?
This doesn’t mean Romney or his campaign was aware of or condoned this. I’m sure every campaign has clowns who do stupid stuff.
If you are so shocked, then report me to the campaign-sign-stealing police then.
Ever stop to think before you type this word?
I am not a Romney supporter at all. There were two camera men there. There is no way that someone would violate federal election law intentionally and have cameras there. It’s rediculous.
I’m guessing it was after the primary and everyone was removing the signs (by law) and it’s being used out of context.
Are you a McCain Supporter?
I call BS on this claim. There is no mention of it on the WCVB site, and you can be sure that this would have been splashed all over if it were true.
This a like a classic urban legend, with references to reputable sources (WCVB). The camera shots look amateurish, not done by a professional.
WCVB verified it because that is their cameraman on the video itself.
They happen to know what their employee looks like.
As to your comment that no paid staffer would do this - you obviously have not had some of the terrible experiences I have had dealing with terrible and horrible people on political campaigns.
Not only would they do this - but far, far worse.
And always (ALWAYS) - the fish rots from the head down.
I'm not.
I am simply putting your attacks in the context it deserves; your posting history clearly establishes your a bigotry towards Mormons & Romney which you incessantly link.
Where was this supposed to take place?
Oh, so a news organization does not put this on their site - but in phone calls confirms it is their video and their cameraman - then it is not true?
Are you from the Planet Kolob?
Not supposed.
New Hampshire.
Interesting that you chose an expression favored by Mike Dukakis during the 1988 campaign against Bush 41.
What day?
Yes, but clearly i'm not obsessed with word like you are.
Anti-Semite might work, however, the Mormons are not Jewish so I went with Mormon Hater.
Considering skyPilot's posting history what word do you think best describes skyPilot's bigotry towards Mormons?
If you want to honest here - can you tell us all (everyone viewing the thread) why you want to bring in Mormon theology?
Are you an LDS member?
Jim Robinson said weeks ago that he was tired of the Romney bastions supporting him because of his religion.
This is a Conservative site. That is its foundation.
Jim puts up with a lot of bull.
His patience is far, far greater than mine.
Why do you hate Mormons?
Can you provide the name of the person you spoke with at the TV station?
That explains why it has a pro Fred sound trak. You'd think McCainiacs would be complaining, but no it is an anti-mormon Fredhead who happened to find it.

Part of this appears to be true. This was the entrance to a Romney town hall event in Nashua. I can sort of understand that you don’t want camera shots of your candidate walking into an entrance dotted with McCain signs. What is left unanswered is what they did with the signs. Did they replace them or destroy them?
