Seriously, I’d say many Europeans are aware of the threat of Islamofascism.

I'm optimistic. However, there is a huge problem consisting in the fact that many Europeans, despite what happened 70 years ago, still haven’t learned to distinguish between racism and patriotism.

The PC “elite” has done a good job, judging by their own standards.

The countries of Europe have not fought a war since 1940.

I don’t think they remember how.

The US has protected them since 1945 at tremendous cost to ourselves and our families. We helped free the half of Europe that was under Soviet domination for half a century.

When we went into Iraq to stop Saddam Hussein and the possibility that he had WMDs, all Europe did was get in the way.

That’s because Germany, France(and Russia) were making tons of illegal money in the Oil for Food scandal.

After fifty five years of almost single handedly paying for NATO, they are “helping” in Afghanistan. That why we have to send 3200 Marines there, to help NATO help us out.

As an American taxpayer for 36 years, I’ve had enough of saving Europe and the rest of the world while we are treated like sh#t. No other country in world history has created the freedoms and opportunities and fought with the blood of its own citizens for more people in the world than us.

So, where is our cheap oil? Where is all of our territory and colonies? Where is the loot that oppressor nations like us are supposed to have?

And just where are the statues of the American soldier and the American taxpayer in the town squares across the world?

Could Europe defeat Iran?

Europe will not lift a finger to fight Iran. Europe sat around a table with Iran for three years while Iran danced them dizzy with lies about their nuclear program.

Europe will not lift a finger because they have not had to fight for 65 years, and they have forgotten how.

And this is one poorer taxpayer who won’t shed a tear over them.

The answer is an emphatic yes, Europe can use that red phone to call the President and negotiate with the Congress to task the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines to defeat the Islamic Republic of Iran.

That's been their game plan scinse 1942, why get their hands dirty when they can trick someone else into doing the job. Then kick them in the butt when it's all over.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is a Christian/Muslim (Muslim father, Christian mother, but from what I’ve read he doesn’t care much for religion) who has expressed a lot of emotions (in public) regarding what his family has endured in connection to the recent Balkan turmoil.

I respect ‘Ibra’ (among other things because he understands not only how looked up to he is in Rosengård, but also the responsibility that comes with it. He has made sincere efforts to inspire children of this chaotic neighborhood to do something constructive with their lives), BUT I claim my Volvo V70 is a better car than his Ferrari.

- And by no means is that what I’m asking of you.

But in my opinion, your points are valid.

Europe and USA ought to do what Sweden and the US have been up to for a long time:

Developing superior military technology together and sharing knowhow.

We Swedes have, indeed, paid a huge price in the area of taxes for the military strength we have enjoyed since the end of WWII, a strength which we, sadly enough, did not make use of regarding the liberation of our Danish and Norwegian brothers.

Perhaps an army under Swedish command even could have reached Berlin before the Soviet forces did. Millions of Danes, Norwegians and Swedes equipped with excellent weaponry could, possibly, have rescued Eastern Germany from their tragic DDR fate. The only problem was what would have occurred in Finland in this case. The Russian rage would have had to go somewhere, it probably would’ve been directed towards them (what actually took place suggests such a scenario. Soviet attacks against Finland kept on coming until September 1944, despite the Soviet struggle against the Nazi invaders).

Anyhow, I think we could agree that if a tiny nation like Finland could manage pretty well, alone, against a superpower like Soviet, we Europeans of today could afford to do our fair share in the WOT.

Please don’t think my post was directed at you personally.

You are refreshing—a breath of fresh air-someone who inderstands that there is a cost to freedom, and who at least appreciates the role of America in the maintenance of freedom in the world.

And it is also refreshing to hear someone from a foreign country speak of taking on a role to help shoulder the burden of keeping people free.

From my point of view, America has very few allies in the world. The WOT has driven that point home very clearly.

We lost 3,000 people in one day to Islamo-fascism terrorists. Yet, who stood with us should-to-shoulder to bring the fight to the terrorists? Very few indeed.

You are a good egg, which is to say, a fine person.

And your question “Could Europe defeat Iran?” is an excellent one.

Your country has an admirable history of neutrality, but there can be no neutrals when it comes to Islam. Your country already suffers under their invasion of immigrants and their effect on your society.

Because the countries of Europe has not acted individually to defeat Islam, it will not work together to defeat Iran, which is the point country for terrorism for the last 30 years.

And the United States will not be riding in to Europe’s rescue this time. We have been burned one too many times.

For you and for Sweden, it is important that you begin the fight soon, even if you have to fight alone. Don’t depend on your European brothers to help out.

Sweden turned Catholicism into a second rate world power in the 17th century and could also manage, despite being lead by an inexperienced, adolescent King (but OK, Charles XII was exceptionally gifted), to ridicule an alliance of Denmark, Poland and Russia to the extent that, especially the "super power", of Russia was left crippled and backwards for decades, if not for centuries.

They still are. Of course that owes something to the weakness of socialism, especially completely top down Communism, but their defeat by the Swedes came at an important time in their development.

Europe is about to be conquered by Islam. Their governments (and to some extent, ours as well) have become weenie socialists instead of the great Christian people they once were. Sarkozy is the only European leader I can think of who’s even verbally condemned Iran—and a Frenchman at that!

There are lots of Iranians who hate Ahmadinejad and the mullahcracy. If Israel doesn’t defeat Iran, the Islamic Republic’s conqueror could be Iran itself.
