How many students have to die?
That’s easy.
All of them.
College presidents will NEVER allow guns on campus, no matter HOW many lives they would save by doing so.
It’s not going to happen. Ever.
Only immediate solution to a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun.

Once all guns are banned, this insanity will stop! Just ask any college professor! They are soo much more smarter then we are!

Another case of Liberalism killing people.
I was lucky enough to go to a college where guns were allowed in your vehicle. Lots of gun racks and car holsters running around. However, in a college setting, there are always dumb rules. Usually they pertain to something simple like clothing or heaters. At mine, the dumb rules happened to be “Guns in your car? Sure. But no knives over 3 inches in blade length.” Dumbest dichotomy of rules ever.
Have anyone ever thought that maybe college administrations DON’T CARE if the students live or die, and maybe even get off vicariously on the carnage?
Hate to say it, but I dn’t even feel sorry for the victims anymore. They chose to be defenseless.
Once the guns are banned, you and I wil be slaughtered like lambs.

College administrators certainly care less about student lives than they do about ideological purity. The administrators would gladly let the entire student population die as long as they, the administrators, were able to keep their thoughts ideologically pure and, more to the point, be perceived by the chattering classes as remaining ideologically pure.
Leftist ideology over human life... by definition.

That's obvious to us, but it would require the (self-appointed) elightened, tolerant, intelligentsia to actually admit that there IS such a concept as good vs. bad, and that one is BETTER than the other. Their tolerant, morally-relativistic worldview would crumble, and they just can't go there. Innocents being slaughtered is less threatening to their psyches than letting go of their utopian illusions.
And, as long as THEY control, they don’t care HOW MANY die.
You said it so much better! (Was composing while you posted...) The sickest part isn’t that they have their utopian fantasies, it’s that they demand to impose them on EVERYbody else.
The left doesn’t want to stop the killing. It wants to take guns from honest, law-abiding citizens (a proxy for White, (successful people) and leave them in the hands of criminals (proxy for non-White, have-nots) so that they can just walk in and take whatever they want.
Just another way the left accomplishes income redistribution.
