For the first time, Chinese official medias boast heatedly that China now can effectly detect&trail F22.

Chinese official medias tends to keep silent to military project.but now, they abnormally openly boast its indigenious AWAC,KJ2000. Some medias even boasts that KJ2000 is the most important defence achievement after A-bomb,nuke sub and Shenzhou spaceship. Almost all members of CPC's politburo ,including president Hu and PremierWen, have sent their congratulations the researchers.

the medias reveal that KJ2000 now are being mass-produced. they also report that KJ2000 can effectively detect&trail normal 4th G aircrafts like F15/flanker/F16 700 KM away. Furthermore,KJ2000 also can effectively detect&trail F22 200+ KM away.

"KJ2000 now completely overtake Russia's A50 and Isreal's Phalcon." the meidas say.

How would they know?

I don’t think there has been any F-22s in range of their AWACS.

Looks like Baghdad Bob has changed jobs. He couldn’t resisted China’s offer of an endless supply of Happy Meal toys.

As I understand it, after the hostilities break out between our nations, Chinese AWAC staff will retire after one mission, somewhere on the bottom of the Pacific.

All kidding aside, I still think we’re having a great time underestimating China’s growing capabilities.

Could they mop the floor with us? Of course not. Could they cost us a growing number of our troops? I believe so.

I am reminded of the CIA’s lack of prediction that the Iron Curtain would fall. I am reminded that our intelligence told us Hussein had WMDs. I am reminded that folks think China is not a threat.

It is becoming a threat.

Simple - just finish the F22’s with lead paint - the Chicoms will NEVER detect it.

I am reminded that our intelligence told us Hussein had WMDs

1) Show how this was a falsehood as your tone intimates.

2) The arguments for the war were not that we knew from direct evidence that he possessed WMD's. Rather, the argument was that Hussein had the capability to quickly develop and field them, and also had the character to use them against us. Those two factors created a clear and present danger to the U.S. and our interests.

They have been a threat . . . in some respects . . . for some time.

Depends, of course, on the definition of “threat.”

They certainly have some nukes to threaten some key targets and population centers.

They have a massive number of containers and container ships in their PLA owned COSCO org. People who think that massive numbers of troops could not and would not be shipped thereby are . . . imho . . . idiots.

They don’t value . . . greatly . . . massive numbers of the lives of their own population . . .

They value egos, pride, control, !!!!POWER!!!! and the supremacy of THE CHINESE NATION, CULTURE. They see this as THE CHINESE CENTURY . . . some claim the CHINESE MILLENIA.

And they have absolutely no clue that it will be the Chinese Christians who inherit China . . . and that all memory and evidence of the evil rulers’ existence will be wiped totally off the face of the earth as though they had never lived. THAT would trouble them greatly, if they knew it and believed it.

They also must already and at least since Mao have been complicit to increasing degrees with the globalists. They must be itching to play their assigned role in trashing the USA militarily as much as possible, and as many other ways as possible. They don’t really care if they lose 800 million people in the process.

I hope and pray we have a large number of patriots left in key roles in the US military, to counter such an onslaught WHEN it comes.

Russian A-50 could do that years ago. Simple any meter band radar can do this easily.

I don’t think there has been any F-22s in range of their AWACS.

They don't need an F-22 to make the claim - they need to be able to detect a target the size of a bird at 200 kilometers - and today that's pretty close. This still would not do much to harm the Raptor. It would still be nearly impossible for fighters or AA missiles to see it. It's never been claimed (except by reporters) that the Raptor is invisible to radar - just that it is very hard to detect.

If this AWACS can detect it, can it not provide guidance to any missile aimed at the F-22?

Looks like we need to forget about developing the F-22. If they can detect it, game over man. Game over.

Or something.

I’ve still never heard anyone explain what was in the convoy of trucks that went to Syria, then on to the Bekaa Valley. If it wasn’t chem/bio stocks, WHAT WAS IT? And what were the two top Russian experts at making nasty things disappear DOING in Iraq in the months before the war, anyway? No explanations, just propagation of the lie. And no help from the Administration, either.
Makes me puke.
