The GOP will win the presidency in November.

I expect it will be close. The economy will be the big issue though and McCain isn't very clever about that.

Ras has not published Bush’s popularity ratings in some time. Why, and what are they? Thanks

And I don’t want to live four or eight years under Dem domination.
The problem is that you get that if either party wins this time.

We’re invisible and without influence at all if we don’t get out there and show them that there are Republicans who vote. It’s often said that the Republicans in Congress seem more content to be in the minority; that seems to be true for some of the R voters also.

I supported Fred but he crashed and burned due a lack of cash.
I find it fascinated how a reputable poll showing McCain ahead of both nut job Dem socialists brings out the McCain haters in full force trying to get people to STAY HOME AND NOT VOTE or down playing the results.
I suspect half of these posters are just DU/ Moveon.org pests doing the same thing they did in 2006.
In 2006 these pests posted non stop ,” why bother voting repub , there are all the same BS “ and it might have helped there radical cause.

This will change when there is one RAT candidate.

Too early for polling yet.

I am going to do all I can to make sure that a mean, nasty, vindictive old man is not the next president. I don’t want to have Warren Rudman on the supreme court.

President Obama thanks you for your support, and in return will give you Hillary Clinton on the Supreme Court, confirmed by the filibuster-proof 'rat senate you helped elect.

Stop speaking for what is "in my heart". Your smug, smarmy posts that continually tell us that we'll fall in line like good little sheeple come November are wrong.

No one is asking you to stand in line like good little sheeple. People are simply asking you to rationally assess the situation. It will be McCain vs hillary or Obama in Nov. There will be no 3rd Party that would stand a chance. Think of the longterm consequences of having either Obama or hillary as President for 4 to 8 years. You will not be teaching the Republican Party a lesson.

The repub were ready to stop the sweep in 2006 But,the Repub party stayed home after the DNC operative Brian Ross pull a the Oct surprise at ABC and the Rep congressman did nothing about for a week which ticked off alot of religious core voters. I worked the polls in Fl and the repub voter rolls were way down.

but if you ask Democratic pros, they know that the Obama candidacy is the political equivalent of Pickett’s Charge.

I hope you have someting beind this. Obama candidacy does have a whiff of McGovernism about it.

Umm, more states will come into play. Pennsylvania and Oregon for starters. Obama polls surprisingly weak in Massaschusetts as well. With Lieberman campaigning for us Connecticut will likely be in play as well.

Of those conservatives who said they would never vote for McCain 63% knew in their hearts they would, come November.

Perhaps I shouldn't have said never. Ok, if come November and he was on life support and his running mate was Fred, I'd vote McInsane.

Maybe the sheeple are the ones who will stay home or write in.

Maybe the “Powers the forced McCain on us” were counting on that, so Hilary or Obama would win.

As for Mr. McCain, I am still waiting for him to do something to reach out for my vote

I have an idea. Why not reflect on the consequences of your choices instead of this infantile selfcentered tomfoolery? Who cares about your vote anyway if you're going to act like a third-grader? He'll get 65 million other ones.
