Change?? (Vanity)

Posted on 03/29/2008 11:27:42 AM PDT by NoobRep

I often wonder whether its harder to be an older American with conservative values and principles that has seen the liberal scumbags rise up and sabotage the country...or a 32 year old conservative like myself that is surrounded by a generation of hippie, freeloading wackos who are too stupid to understand the basic tenets of freedom, the Constitution and the common sense solutions that have made the United States the most powerful country in the history of the world.

Its particularly difficult when it comes to dating and finding compatibility because there are SO many young angry ranting liberal women that have simply been brainwashed into believing the United States is an evil country and they should be given some type of handout.

For example, as much as I try to pre-screen dates to eliminate the leftist loonies, sometimes you just make a mistake. I was talking to a 27 year old woman and she mentioned that we were pretty different politically because she was a big Democrat and thought that the country needed change. So here's my question-when these kooks say "change" what exactly are these Dumbcrats referring to??

Higher taxes? More welfare? More entitlements? Open borders? Less military? More global warming garbage regulations? Less free speech? Do they all suffer from Bush Derangement Syndrome?

I don't know where these people come from and how they end up so stupid but its really frustrating to feel like I'm on an island surrounded by nothing but fruits and nuts. Maybe its the schools who teach much less history today and hire nothing but union goofs to teach our kids. Much of my generation has no common sense. Today I heard that a bunch of HS kids in Iowa were protesting the war by staging a laydown to signify all the soldiers in Iraq that have been killed. My question is...where do they come up with these ideas?

I'm not sure what they're saying, but if you've got fifty cents, I could sure use it.

Well, I am much older and as one of my contemporaries said to me the other day, “I am glad I live in West Texas and won’t have to put up with any more liberal bs in another 20 years or so.”

“Bush Derangement Syndrome?”, that makes no sense, as I see Bush as conservative.
Maybe you should look for like minded people, in like minded places. Go to conservative places and acceptable hangouts, that liberals would avoid. example: One does not look for christians in a bar, normally.

Liberal nonsense spans the entire age spectrum in this country; my brother is 71 and he still thinks that big government is the answer and Marxism will work if only "its done right" He grew up in Berkeley, CA, so he can claim that he was always exposed to nothing but commies from an early age; It is impossible to have a reasoned discussion with him about anything political.

As for the vast majority of left-wing loonies, they are the result of 4 decades of drug use. They are now incapable of rational thought, or of understanding the history of their country even of the recent 20th century.

Nope-in the traditionally conservative state of Nebraska. Unfortunately, we’ve been infested with a whole slew of these psychotic young liberals influenced by the women’s liberation movement. Funny thing-a few years back I was talking to my best friend’s wife (a teacher coincidentally) and we got into the Iraq topic. She said in a liberal loony tone “well that’s what happens when you go sticking your nose in other people’s business.” I just walked away.

Currently, I gave a .9mm, but I shoot some other stuff, too.

However, I am GD. (Geographically Undesirable.) ;-)
