Apparently last Sunday, Father Michael Pfleger -- the fiery liberal activist and longtime friend and associate of Sen. Barack Obama, D-Illinois -- gave another sermon mentioning the Clintons disparagingly, in addition to the one he gave at Obama's (now former) church.
At his own church, St. Sabina's, Pfleger said, "Hillary and McCain would wish they had a preacher with the integrity of Jeremiah Wright. … They got some old weak preacher…some old Joel Osteen cotton candy preacher."

An answer to your first question, they are no kind of Christians. They have abused and used their authority in the Chuch to lead many astray and will suffer greatly for it. I too would be out of any church in heartbeat if that kind of bologna and profanity was spewing from a pastors lips. What is going on in this Country is what has been prophisied. I am notsaying the end is near, but the end in coming, things are getting worse, there really are more earth quakes, more floods, more famines, more disease tahan ever before. Take heart Christ told us so, and we know who wins. Pray for your fellow man, no matter how idiotic they seem.
I never thought the catholic church was a purveyor of racial hatred. I know many of it’s members are, especially in Chicago, but the Church itself...no. In Chicago you got the Irish, the Polish, the Mexicans, some Germans, some blacks. I love the Church, but I don’t understand it and why it’s tolerated. I come from southern rural america, but I’ve never seen it like this.
I’ve gone to church my entire life, and I’ve never heard anything like this preaching...I’m wondering about it myself. I thought churches would lose their tax-exempt status for doing politics...Why isn’t that law being enforced??
He didn’t attack the Clintons. He attacked the preacher of the church they attended.

Hey, he can’t say those things about the Clintons. Only WE can say those things about the Clintons.
Which helps explain why the church kept him around; it was him or an empty set of vestments.
