The passing motorist really showed their support this Saturday. With the weather in the low 80s and humidity down, no dog day of August this Saturday, the passing cars and trucks were just overwhelming us with supportive waves and honks. Even the trucks were blaring their air horns. A great day to be supporting our troops.
Below are some of the pictures of our supporters. [Mrs] T got a lot of Double and Triple waves today.
And lastly, a Patriot from Connecticut:
And then there were the 9 Patriots who stood on the corner. We were: Legionnaires Glenn (WWII - USMC), Dave (WWII - Army), Halsey (Korea - USMC), Frank (Korea - Army), and FReepers and Lurkers Lurker Bill, Cindy_True_Supporter, Olney-Keith, , {Mrs} Trooprally, aka [Mrs] T, and myself, [Mr] T.
A soldier stopped by today as he biked through Olney. He saw us last year before going to Iraq and was glad we were out there. But his proudest moment was when he came home from Iraq. When he arrived home at the Dallas, TX airport there were supporters who clapped as his unit came through the airport. He didnt know how much Americans appreciate our military until then. He also works at Walter Reed. After he was informed about FR being there also, he says hell stop by one Friday............OohAah!!!
BELOW LEFT: Cindy_True_Supporter, one of the original Fantastic Four, The others are Lurker Bill, [Mrs] T and myself. BELOW RIGHT: Lurker Bill holding down out left flank while some Legionnaires are a little further to our left working on out flanking the moonbats. Actually they were enjoying the shade. They survived Iwo Jima and Korea, so they are now making their lives easier by staying out of the sun. Not like the moonbats. We mixed it up with them the first several weeks (Week 1), (Week 2), when they were on our corner. They cut n ran to the sunny side so now the sun just beats down on them.

BELOW LEFT: Olney-Keith with me in the back ground. BELOW RIGHT: Cindy_True_Supporter and Halsey talking about the finer points of supporting our troops.
Token moonbat picture. They got some honks and waves but not nearly as many as we do. One of the liberals in Olney waved to them out of his sun roof as he was waiting for the red light. As he turned to come past us he started to wave to us, saw our signs and quickly pulled his hand back into the car.

Keep up the good work!
Thanks from the Olney gang. We’ll keep up our support as long as our troops need it. We are here for the long haul.
[Mr] T
Glad you liked the report. Any less would be an injustice to those patriots who attend the Olney FReep.
And you are welcome from the Olney gang.
[Mr] T
Just a passing observation. I live in Florida, nowhere near you all, and the only group here that stands on the street corner is a bunch of hideous old “peacenik” bats (”Grandmothers for Peace”). Your signs are nice and positive. The strange thing is their signs are about the most violent and vicious stuff I’ve seen.
Fortunately, they get only a few waves. But I am always amazed by how vicious and ugly liberals are.
