I've taken some heat for being so optimistic, and I'm fine with it because I understand everything that is in this video and I see good people here becoming depressed and negative.
I will continue to be positive because I know the MSM is playing psy-ops with us and this forum is one of the last bastions of freedom. You MUST watch the whole video, some of you will feel better, some of you will be ashamed of yourselves, but you will be much smarter in the end.
Ronald Reagan was a genius, he knew all of this, he knew more about the left than ANYONE and infused his good will with the nation BECAUSE of what is contained in this video.
Instead of becoming hysterical about Obama's "Ministry of Truth" in Missouri, the Obama Youth Camps, the 700 Billion Dollar Bullet we just dodged, GET YOUR HEAD STRAIGHT.

I wouldn’t doubt it. You are asking if some very corrupt people would try to con taxpayers out of 700 billion dollars, and subvert an election on purpose.
That is quite possible. Everybody admits this stuff is way over their heads. It would be a perfect setup.

It’s from 1985. Someone posted the whole interview here in the thread, I posted the one 15 minute segment because it really covers everything and paints a PERFECT picture of the BAILOUT. That 700 Billion would have tuned into 1.4 Trillion in about a week.
A trillion here, a trillion there, pretty soon you’re talking about real money. And the beginning of the end of capitalism.

I’m sure there are many answers to that. Here’s one. I had a conversation at the office. I was speaking with a soft-spoken reflective guy who had spent many years in academia and had many of those mannerisms and modes of thought down pat. He told me his ideas about things. I kept my voice neutral, as I said “that sounds like socialism.” He stroked his beard and and said, “Yes. But the American people aren’t ready for that word yet.”
We have adopted a lot of socialism, more that we realize. But we’ve avoided the word. I believe 50% of our income is spent by Government. Many people hold universal health insurance as a reasonable goal for the government to achieve.
Our children attend government schools, and most people see no issue in that. I was taught that when the Government owns the means of production, it wasn’t just socialism, it was communism. What are we talking about? How about owning the school buildings and hiring the teachers?
San Francisco may have recovered faster from their earthquake in 1906 than has New Orleans from their hurricane, but no one questions the necessity for having FEMA. I never even heard of FEMA for most of my life. Now there is outrage if FEMA doesn’t banish the effect of an emergency with 24 to 48 hours. There was no FEMA in 1906, and there should be no FEMA today.
It’s the old story about boiling a frog alive. You put him into room temperature water, and you increase the heat s-l-o-w-l-y. By the time he realizes it is boiling, he no longer cares.
That was depressing - even moreso, because it’s all true.

It’s funny, but earlier today I was thinking that the lies and deceptions of the left continue non-stop, they just take on new forms. By the time you have the answers to the audacious lies and deceptions of the past, you are beset by new audacious lies and deceptions.
How about Obama saying that he warned of the financial crisis, and that it was due to the Bush ideology of unrestricted free markets. It would take paragraphs to unravel and call out all the lies in that sentence. He said so innocently, yet he knew it was lies several levels deep.
Come on Sarge!! It’s supposed to fire you up! It doesn’t matter how bad McCain is right now, we need to kill any bailout and defeat Obama. We’ll fight McCain later.
If everyone watches this they’ll think twice about falling prey to the constant drumbeat of negativity that surrounds us, you have to tune it out. It’s a game, that’s their playbook, don’t let it bother you, we’ll beat Hussein together.
I keep jumping on the stupid negative vanities and polls here, human nature as it is, the stupid negative threads run wild while every time I post that I believe that Obama has no chance I get a lot more negative response than positive.
They are trying to play us, I for one won’t be played, too many negative Nancy’s here, got to realize who the enemy is, we’re all the good guys here.

Did Bush manufacture an enemy, or did we really need to go to war?
Is this thing manufacured or is it REALLY unreasonable to expect a nation to survive as a body of massive debtors, earning without producing, etc.?
I do believe there is a conspiracy, but it is a conspiracy of players that live long enough to wait centuries for their plans to come to fruition.
IOW, it is not flesh and blood that we fight. And on a side note, a lot of what we fight is human nature itself. That is what caused the whole F&F thing and the other problems we are seeing. But the bottom line is that no matter what the cost, the economic crisis is quite real.
Obama is becoming more like Clinton, who would use the “Soviet Speak” of “as we all know” “we all agree”, etc.
Clinton also used the tactic of telling the most outrageous whoppers imaginable, sometimes right after a meeting with Republicans he would tell the press the exact opposite of what he agreed to in the meeting. The Republicans would be foaming at the mouth and bewildered, “see, look at them, they’re extremists”, or something like that confirming fears about Republicans.
Obama has really taken the gloves off, he’s lying like Clinton now, whatever problem happens he warned of it, whatever disaster strikes, he predicted it. He doesn’t care, he will only say what looks good and knows very few pay enough attention to make any difference. His supporters are like what’s described in the video, you can show them cold, hard evidence that he’s lying and they don’t believe it. I know, I’ve been reading the lefty sites during this election season.
They don’t have to play “us” - they already control the minds of 51% of the Sheep.
I defend a nation of ingrates. They are willingly rushing to embrace this future. I no longer have any trust or confidence in The Sheep. They long ago stopped having any for me. They have broken faith with their soldiers, and I see no reason at all that they’ll ever redeem themselves.

Yes, these are lies. Both Bush and McCain tried to regulate Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Both warned of this disaster, and it was the democratic black caucus who laughed in their faces, and the democratic congress which defeated the bills. But Obama knows that the people will believe the oft repeated lies. And the people do believe. That is why he’s making headway, and why McCain is losing ground.

Agreed. I pray that evil will be defeated and that HIS will be done. That perks me up and then I do the little good that I can do.
There is no doubt in my mind that large matters can turn on small events and that no human being is in control. How about that C-span video turning up of Democrats berating the regulators of Fannie Mae? Then they complain that Republicans don’t support regulation! That, like the Swift Boaters, could turn the election. Or maybe something else. May his will be done.
