The man suing Sen. Barack Obama and the Democratic National Committee for proof of Obama's American citizenship is outraged that his own party – rather than just providing the birth certificate he seeks – would step in to silence him by filing a motion to dismiss his lawsuit.
As WND reported, prominent Pennsylvania Democrat and attorney Philip J. Berg filed suit in U.S. District Court two months ago claiming Obama is not a natural-born U.S. citizen and therefore not eligible to be elected president. Berg has since challenged Obama publicly that if the candidate will simply produce authorized proof of citizenship, he'll drop the suit.
Berg told WND the longer the DNC tries to ignore his lawsuit or make it go away – instead of just providing the documents – the more convinced he is that his accusations are correct.

or it needs is for the likes of FOX to look into this and raise this many times.
Then they need to ask obama and his staff when they appear on FOX why won’t obama show his birth certificate and why is the DNC stopping people from seeing it.

It seems to me that with satan’s help, the one is going to be unstoppable. No matter what we do, if he is destined to be the “hope” of the world, then we just have to wait for 3 and 1/2 years for it to be over. They won’t be pleasant years. Prepare to repent and pray for our Lord to come quickly.
I’ve been following it all- but won’t get my hopes up until the judge signs the order. I am surprised the judge didn’t throw it out when Obama AND the DNC asked- which is the only cause I see for “hope”.
The collusion between his campaign and the MSM is beyond belief- like today’s whitewash piece in the NYT on his friendship with Bill Ayers. The majority of the country doesn’t know or care about who and what Obama is- what he plans and who his associates are. The media is going to keep it that way.

Part of Obama’s legal team is Joe Sandler of the Washington law firm Sandler, Reiff, and Young. Sandler is part of the Council of American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). CAIR is an organization with terrorist ties, and is an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holyland Foundation Hamas Funding trial.
Why is a candidate for President of the United States, a person who would become Commander-in-Chief of the United States forces and also CIC in the war on terror if he wins the election, using an attorney for CAIR, a group with known terrorist connections, to represent him in this lawsuit? Once again Obama leaves us with questions and no answers. And, once again, he aligns himself with someone with questionable character. Is his judgment really that bad? Or does he believe and support the same things these people believe?
Again, there is SO much we do not know about Obama, which is disturbing in itself. Even more disturbing is what we DO know about him. There are SO many red flags that people refuse to see or explore or think about or question him about. I am sure Obama supporters will just dismiss this, as they did with so many other bad associations, (Wright, Ayers, Dorhn, Rezko, Farrakhan) but I have to question what these people are thinking or whether they are even thinking at all?!

Or, Berg raise a million dollars to be given to Obama’s favorite charity if he simply provides his real original birth certificate.

Berg said he would drop the suit if they did produce his BC! Seems a whole lot cheaper than filing suits to shut Berg down. ??????

Just heard on Fox that Palin is in Colorado and has started the attacks on Obama/Ayers, she is saying that Obama is paling around with terrorists and hitting hard and says the American people have the right to know! It is starting TODAY!!!!!
You would think that his white grandmother could verify if he was born in Hawaii.

That is exactly what Berg has done and he as sited US Code that gives him the right to sue the FEC to enforce the law.
Maybe McCain should release his BC in a press conference and say for the sake of the country, if a problem were to exist, end this matter, Senator Obama and release yours in full.

I’m now leaning toward the idea that his mother renounced her own citizenship, hence barry’s too, and granny is being kept out of the lime light because she was none too happy that her daughter did that.
Good luck with that..remember.. McCain doesn’t even want anyone to mention Obama’s middle name. (eye roll)
