This woman had her concealed weapons permit revoked by the co. sheriff after wearing her handgun, holstered, to one of her daughter's soccer games.
If it was legal, it was her RIGHT and judge should be impeached, recalled, fired, whatever it takes.
Replace “carrying a gun” with “having an abortion” and that judge would be reported on by the MSM until he was forced out and disbarred.
So who is it that calls ‘RIGHT’ then? Are laws supposed to be written and made by proper means? Isn’t this always the problem with Obama socialists and Obama dictators? There is legal, then there is right.
Judges are truly out of control.
Judge Eby, you don’t decide what is right - you decide what is lawful and what is not. At least you had the decency to uphold the law, but you can keep your opinions to yourself. Unless, of course, you want to advertise to your constituency that you’re basically morally against the 2nd Amendment...I think that’s why you upheld the law, fella.
“Open Carry” is definitely under pressure in Pennsylvania by some law enforcement agencies.

The judge should be impeached and dismissed. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to get rid of all America’s activist judges - those who interpret the law to suit their personal priorities, rather than as it is written - since it’s such an enormous number of those who seek to inflate their egos and impose their will on society by circumventing the legislative branch by governing all us proles from the bench. Power is a heady narcotic to those incapable of resisting its call to indulge in excesses.

I had a good time reading the comments for these stories at the link. Lots of good gun owners are there schooling the bleeding heart gun-grabbers.
They might sign a different tune if we were allowed to have their drivers licenses taken away whenever we “felt threatened” about their driving.

Cops and most law enforcement are the biggest haters of the Second Amendment that there are.
I seriously doubt many of these idiots can even READ the very Constitution they’re sworn to uphold.

I personally know several PA State Troopers that serve in various capacities. Some are respectful of the 2nd Amendment & grateful of the potential for assistance from an armed citizenry. I fear that these troopers are in the minority.
So does the opposite hold true too, that just because something is ILLEGAL it doesn't mean it's WRONG?
How well do you think that defense would play in this "judge's" court?
What are they going to do? Take away my birthday? Populate my country with illegal aliens? Try to take away my bible?
After a while, you get numb, and say to hell with it. Do what is right, and let the devil take the hindmost.
