Toledo, Ohio, officials plan to notify "Joe the Plumber" Worzelbacher that he's out of work, following his televised criticism of Democrat Presidential candidate Barack Obama's tax plan:
A staff person with the Toledo Division of Building Inspection told On Call this afternoon that her division will contact Wurzelbacher to notify him that he can't work without a license.
"We're trying to track him down," she said.
In the meantime, the Democrat-friendly local plumbers' union is fuming.
"He has no license whatsoever with the city of Toledo," said Tom Joseph, the business manager for Local Union 50 of the Plumbers, Steamfitters and Service Mechanics, which has endorsed Obama. "He has no license in the state of Ohio. He has no contractor's license in the state of Ohio. He is not a plumber. He works for a plumber."

This should be blamed directly on Bama! The man is a single parent and it will hurt Joe’s children if he is put out of work. If he is not a licsensed plumber working for a plumber, then he is either a plumber’s helper or a laborer that aspires to be a plumber which I don’t think is illegal. Mac and Palin should be hammering Bama for what they are trying to do!

It is my understanding that if one works for a plumbing business is not required to have a license on record. He can be in the process of getting one, but the OWNER of the Plumbing Business must have a license. I am sure that Joe the plumber is most likely on his way to receiving his Master Plumbing license so he will have it when he buys the business he wants to buy. The DEMS are out in full force to trash Joe like they tried to do to Sarah. No surprise there, is there?? It will backfire nicely, don’t worry!
