Dunno, but from what I gather, this guy is pursuing a “nuisance” suit seeking the release of Obama’s birth records. From another thread, they filed some sort of “question” motion against Obama, which was required to be answered in 30 days to avoid forfeiting the questions, which in this case asked if he wasn’t in fact born in Kenya, and such things. So, it’s purported that Obama is legally behind the 8-ball, the 30 days having elapsed, and his recourse now is to subvert the courts.
That’s what I gather.

Well it would be interesting if Obama appeared in court to prevent his BC from being released. Any normal person would just hand it over and tell everyone to get lost.

Maybe he wants to REMIND her he was born in Hawaii?? She may tell something he doesn’t want known if she’s under the influence of medication?
Do we have any freepers in Hawaii who would be willing to trail the motorcade for a couple days just to keep tabs on where Barry visits? I’d do it in a heartbeat if I were there (and boy I wish I were!)
It is a strange development, Obama’s sudden (but several days in advance) “urgent” trip.
It’s possible it could really have to do with his grandmother, but why be so vague about her condition? And if she is in her last days, why wait 3 days to go?
Just brainstorming here...remember there was that “friend” of his from high school who was in the news a few months back who asked him for money? Who knows. It is strange, though.
This is part of it:
Obama was adopted by an Indonesian and had to have Indonesian citizenship himself to attend public school in Indonesia.
It is alleged that Obama could not, according to Indonesia, have dual citizenship.
It is also alleged that there is no record of Obama’s being naturalized as an American citizen.
It is also alleged that as recently as 1981 (I think), he traveled on an Indonesian passport.
The primary allegation is that he was actually born in Kenya.
Somebody has GOT to sort this out. But if the purported COLB is authentic, Hawaii is the place to get it.
Even if the COLB is authentic, and he was a natural-born American citizen, it is alleged that when he took on Indonesia citizenship, he gave up his American citizenship and would have had to have been naturalized as an American citizen to indeed BE a American citizen.
Of course, if he’s a naturalized American citizen, he still cannot run for president.

The real question is why Obama refuses to produce his birth certificate in the Pennsylvania federal court case that’s now going on. So easy to be rid of this problem.
Sort of like the so-called API Michelle Obama tape.

Andy Martin (or should it be “The Andy Martin”) surely is a weird source - but the plot IS getting interesting.
I assume the guy has a US passport? If so the first time requirements state you need proof of US citizenship per below correct? The first time he wouldn’t have had a previous US passport. The guy just needs to put it to rest and produce the darn thing already.
Present Proof of U.S. Citizenship
All documentation submitted as evidence of U.S. Citizenship will be returned to the applicant. Evidence documents will either arrive with the issued passport or in a separate mailing to the applicant. You may prove U.S. Citizenship with any one of the following:
Previous U.S. Passport (mutilated, altered, or damaged passports are not acceptable as evidence of U.S. citizenship.)
Certified birth certificate issued by the city, county or state.
