The delayed departure is peculiar. It’s too bad there aren’t any real reporters left.

Early voting (they are calling for every one to vote now where they can) has started.

Even if Obama wins and it comes out after the election that he is actually a Kenyan, he can't possibly be allowed to be president.

Right?

Standing makes nauseous. Why cannot a voter find out whether the candidate is qualified to run for an office? I don’t get this thrown out because of standing. Who else would have standing? This is a gigantic fraud on all of us.

In Barack’s defense (and I don’t defend Barack), if Grandma dies while he’s out stumping and he didn’t bother to visit her, that would look bad.

But if Grandma doesn’t kick the bucket, something is definently up.

Honestly I do not know or trust the laws enough to say “yes”, Nothing is as it should be any more. Or put more simply “right is wrong and wrong is right”

The FBI & CIA have the authority to view any and all documents that are in question. I think it’s safe to say our govt is at work here.

An election official such as a state’s secretary of state would probably have standing, as they are responsible for determining ballot qualification. It is unlikely a court would find a private citizen from out of state and no claim against the party in question as having any standing.

That’s just my guess.
As far as I know, no sitting secretary of state has brought a case, which is a shame. Surely there are some Republican secretaries of state in this country.

  Right?
Right.
The real election is on December 15, when the electors meet to cast their votes. If it is proven that 0bama is ineligible, then any electoral votes cast for him would be invalid. The electors are not bound to vote for anyone (though some states can punish 'unfaithful electors' for not voting as they are supposed to.

In the event that 0bama reaches 270 votes in the electoral college and is also proven to be disqualified, then his electors would have to come to an agreement on who to vote for instead. There would likely be wide disagreement and it would be nearly impossible for them all to vote the same way. Would they vote for Biden? Would they vote for Hillary? What would the national fallout of this be?
If the Democrat electors are unable to unite on a candidate and cast 270 votes or more for a substitute candidate, then the election goes to the House of Representatives to decide.
However, I suspect any 0bama win would be razor thin and in such an event several would defect and vote for McCain instead, preventing it from going to the House. 270 or more electoral votes are final, regardless of how the people voted, or even who actually won the electoral college. For all we know, there may be some Hillary die-hards among the Democrat electors who will vote for her or maybe even McCain, regardless.

Here’s another interesting electoral possibility:
As I said, there may very well be some Hillary die-hards among the Democrat electors.
There would be plenty of precedence for that.
In 1976, a Ford elector cast a vote for Ronald Reagan.
In 1988, a Dukakis elector cast a vote for Lloyd Benson.
In 1960, 1968, and 1972 there were unfaithful electors, each time betraying Richard Nixon.

Ronald Reagan’s 1 electoral vote in 1976 is a good example, because he was a candidate that created a huge following, and many said he was robbed of the nomination. The fight between Hillary and 0bama is not unlike Reagan vs. Ford. Except that the Clintons have way more die-hard loyalists than Reagan did in 1976.

So what is the likelihood that some Hillary loving electors vote for her instead of 0bama?
Pretty high. In fact, I’d say due to the circumstances, the chances for unfaithful electors this election is higher than just about any other in modern times. This takes into account the possibility of unfaithful McCain electors, too.

No matter what, at the very least, expect the losing candidate to have at least an unfaithful elector or two.
Perhaps if McCain loses, Mike Huckabee or even Ron Paul may get an elector. Hell, Ron Paul might get one either way. A rogue Ron Paul supporter in the GOP ranks could possibly lose a razor thin election for McCain. If it comes up 269 McCain, 268 0bama, 1 Paul, then the election goes to the House to decide, where they would almost certainly give it to 0bama. This is one of the side effects of Republicans staying home in 2006.

But I digress. Back to the strong likelihood of die-hard Hillary supporters among 0bama’s electors.
The above scenario could play out exactly the same, but instead of a McCain win being thwarted by a Ron Paul supporter, an 0bama win could be thwarted by a Hillary handful of rogue Hillary supporters. And this is where it gets interesting...

The Constitution says that if a majority is not reached by the electors, then the House decides the race... between — and only between — the top 3 electoral vote getters. This is because in America’s infancy, there were no political parties or primaries, and there were a handful of candidates vying for the presidency at once. So the role of the House was essentially to decide a run-off election between the top 3 candidates.

This means that if a couple 0bama electors throw his election by supporting Hillary instead, Hillary suddenly is in the running to become president, and it becomes possible to have a Clinton coup in the House.

"The drama builds to a Hollywood “High Noon” confrontation between good and evil"

So Andy Martin identifies himself as everything that is GOOD.

From the Wikipedia page on Andy Martin:

"His 1996 run for the Florida State Senate came unraveled when it was revealed that he'd named his campaign committee for his 1986 congressional run "The Anthony R. Martin-Trigona Congressional Campaign to Exterminate Jew Power in America."

Ha! Going back to visit his “typical white” racist grandmother, you know the one, who according to Barry is afraid of black men.

The odds of Andy Martin showing up, filing his BC emergency suit, and then Barry racing in there at the exact time are amazing, you have to admit that. I don't know what will come of this but I DO NOT believe in “asteroid hitting the earth” type odds as just pure coincidence. The two are linked.

Do we have any freepers in Hawaii who would be willing to trail the motorcade for a couple days just to keep tabs on where Barry visits?

We just need A Freeper standing guard at the Court building to see if Barry shows up.

Tin foil hat time.

But what about the possibility that Obama was fronted knowing he could not legally hold the office but That Hillary would not stand during the campaign. Would it be possible for him to drop out then put her in his place at the last moment saying she should be his replacement do to her standing in the primary.

Is he only 6 1/2% black, 1/2 white and the rest Arabic as some have said. Or is Frank Marshall Davis his real father? Or is he not a naturalized citizen. Also, the law at the time of his birth said his mother had to be a citizen for at least 4 years past her 16th birthday for her child to be a citizen if he was born out of the country. Since she was only 18 that gave her just 2 years past her 16th birthday.

At any rate something big is going on. I don't for one moment think he went to Hawaii to see his grandmother. Not for one minute. This is like one huge political soap opera. I sure hope he gets written out of the script. I sure hope Hillary stays out of the White House, too.

Thank you for the interesting and SCARY scenarios.

Do you have a strong feeling as to how this thing is going to end up playing out? Especially of Obama is found to be unqualified?
