For the second time in a week, a prominent Democrat has downgraded Barack Obama's definition of the middle class -- leading Republicans to question whether he'll stick to his promise not to raise taxes on anyone making under $250,000.
The latest hiccup in the campaign message apparently came Friday morning on KOA-AM, when New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson pegged the middle class as those making $120,000 and under.
"What Obama wants to do is he is basically looking at $120,000 and under among those that are in the middle class, and there is a tax cut for those," Richardson said in the interview, according to a clip posted on YouTube.

If a “couple” has a threshold of $150,000, then a SUNGLE person has a $75,000 threshold.
Taxation for DemonRATs is like crack cocaine. There is just not enough crack cocaine. Just ask Obama.
The real rich who mostly support BO will not be affected by any tax hike. If you are a Buffet, Soros, Oprah or any movie star or sports star a 50% tax rate will not affect them very much or change their lifestyle. They also know that they will quietly receive tax breaks to make the rate lower; tax breaks that those of us in the middle class could never qualify for. Confiscate 90% of the billionair’s assets immediately and tax them at 80%. How many would then support BO? Actually, if McCain wins I think he should do just that to them — make them live with the policies they supported.
