I agree , but why wasn’t this a MAJOR point against Obama 2 years ago ? Why isn’t this in court ? yea I know ,someone took it to court and it was dismissed. Why wasn’t it taken o a higher court? Why isn’t there a GOP uproar over this. Who the hell represents us anymore ?
If I were the people; I would demand and demand and demand that Obama provide his original bc.
Obama has been known in the past to make sure all other candidates were requested to do things that he was immune from.
Maybe this is Obama’s Oct. surprise. Like his Acorn supporters and who knows what else.
I would demand this election be halted until this is cleared up. After all fair is only fair. Everyone else has come up with their bc; why not Obama. In our country he is not special and does not deserve special treatement. I believe herein lies what every Oct or whatever surprises. It’s the cheating of Obama to win something he is certainly not entitled too.
I am curoius as to what he has done along the way to get where he is today. Didn’t he other candidates in Chicago to get into politics there; and don’t tell me it wasn’t him; it was the people around him. Doesn’t matter; he went along with it.

McCain was born in Panama where his father was stationed in the military- McCain provided documentation and Congress determined he is natural born and eligible to be President.
Obama needs to provide proof that he qualifies also.

Remember this is how Obama operates. He makes sure he is the only one that is not included in requests made of other candidates.
A bigger controversy exists re Obama's place of birth. The judge had not right to throw out Berg's case. The birth certificate of everyone running for presdent has to be public record.
If we owe American servicemen and women anything at all, it is full, natural born citizenship for their children if they are born anywhere in the world, provided they are under orders to be there, or in transit. I think the legal issues surrounding McCain's eligibility fall into this category, and are completely supported by US law.
and what happens when you have leaders of a party like Howard Dean and Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid....and a party with money coming from one worlders like George Soros and the Bilderberg group members....do you think they will pay one iota of attention to the questioning of the delegates at the convention as to eligibility and proof of it....or will they just poopoo it off and say they have proof....? Barack Obama is a puppet for the ones who want to...and will...actually run this country....he will do as they say...will sign off on anything they give him...and appoint those who meet their credentials and support their beliefs and values (if you can call those values)....this is a sham of an election....a trojan horse filled with socialists and marxists and communists that are just waiting to jump out and take over this country.....I have shouted to all I know....and there are those who still won’t or don’t listen....as I have said a billion times....I am just in shock!

The democrats may try to contest McCain’s natural born citizenship status, but given that he was the son of an American couple, and his father was under orders be stationed at an American defense facility in Panama falls under statutes governing the citizenship of children born to children of the military at or near bases abroad.

Eldridge Cleaver was declared ineligible to run for President in 1968 on the California Ballot because he was 34. Might be instructive to dig up the LA Times on that issue.
What I found interesting, at the link you provided, was this comment:

I had heard before about his visit to Pakistan. I had not heard it said, or confirmed, that he made that visit on an Indonesian passport. If that were confirmed to be true, then it might lead further credence to the question of his citizenship; which - his Indonesian citizenship at age 20- might also be hidden in his college records, which he won’t release (much less his birth certificate).
As far as the site at that link, sounds too much “conspiracy buff” and too little documentation. Therefore, until confirmed, we must be careful about the Indonesian passport quote - it’s not confirmed.

The Constitution uses the odd words “eligible to the Office of President.” While one would think qualification should occur before nomination, it can be challenged when the electoral votes are counted. There is evidently no precedent for what’s happening now, but if Obama wins on Tuesday, we are not finished with the issue — not by a long shot.
I mean, can anybody here imagine Chief Justice John Roberts and his conservative brothers on the Court sitting back on Tuesday night and saying, “Oh, drat!”?
Well for starters, it leaves many of us....some in tin foil hats, some not....wondering why the Obama campaign did not supply the definitive, actual, long-form birth certificate. Contentions are, because one such authentic certificate does not exist. "That's a pretty distant plea, from the far right, wouldn't you say? I mean he couldn't have gotten this far without being properly vetted, right?" That is the assumption that most people are making.
"This isn't possible. You're out of your mind. Get off the internet." People have made the assumption, but that's all they've made....the assumption. Fact: Senator Barack Obama is yet to provide an actual birth certificate to any governing or other body, validating his eligibility, per the United States Constitution, to have his name on the ballot as the next, prospective President of the United States of America. When the Obama campaign, after several unrequited requests, did finally submit the "Certificate of Live Birth", in an effort to more formally properly vet and lend credence to the Senator's run for the Presidency - which governing body did they submit it to?
Was it to the Board of Elections? No, not there. Was it to the Federal Elections Commission? No, not there either. Well then it must have been to the Democratic National Committee, right? Wrong again. The Obama campaign chose as their advocate-for-legitimacy, none other than www.factcheck.org .
Yes, a non-governing, unofficial website. Adding further mystification and fuel to the "conspiracy whack job" fire....like it or not, www.factcheck.org is a product and entity of the Annenberg Foundation; the very foundation that coupled Barack Obama with Bill Ayers, and Senator Obama worked so vigorously to denounce.
