Did President-elect Barack Hussein Obama commit a federal crime in September of this year? Or did he never actually register and, instead, did friends of his in the Chicago federal records center, which maintains the official copy of his alleged Selective Service registration commit the crime for him?
It's either one or the other, as indicated by the release of Barack Obama's official Selective Service registration for the draft. A friend of mine, who is a retired federal agent, spent almost a year trying to obtain this document through a Freedom of Information Act request, and, after much stonewalling, finally received it and released it to me.
But the release of Obama's draft registration and an accompanying document, posted below, raises more questions than it answers. And it shows many signs of fraud, not to mention putting the lie to Obama's claim that he registered for the draft in June 1979, before it was required by law.

It was sort of a rite of passage then, akin to getting a driver's license as soon as you were legally eligible.
Of course, this was back when "the children" were still being encouraged to move toward adulthood rather than remaining forever infantilized.
Of everything she points out, I think the Document locator number is very important. On the form itself, the number begins with 08 (2008) and on the inquiry form, it is 80 (1980).
Besides everything she points out in her analysis, I found a few more things that might be worth noting.
I have a 1992 Selective Service notice in front of me.
I realize the forms are not the same, but some data that should be on Obama’s is missing.
This one is signed by the Selective Service Director. Obama’s is not.
TheSelective Service number is assigned before they send you the form to sign.
This one has the selective service number on it (The number begins with the birth year). Obama’s does not.
The selective service number is on the inquiry, but not the form itself. On the form, the only thing that is blacked out is block 3, which must contain the Social Security number and not the Selective Service number.
On the form I have, both the Social Security number and the Selective Service number have their own block.
One other thing that is missing on Obama’s Selective Service form is the Last Action Date. It should have been on the form, not just the inquiry page.
I think the first couple of lines are probably off a Selective Service form, but the rest of the form looks cut and pasted and photocopied on to the form. I believe the form is part of something else that Obama filled in, perhaps a registration form from one of his colleges.
I don't know what is going on here, but Barry needs to provide a real copy of his Selective Service Form.
Did he or did he not register?
The biggest question in my mind is this, is it fake because Obama faked it or had it done, or was it faked to make him look bad. Thats where I get stuck.
We need some of the media people to look into this further using the Freedom of Information Act to get the information.
I'm glad Debbie brought this to our attention, but evidently whoever requested this information is remaining anonymous. We need someone to request it that is not afraid to go public.
Yes, you could get an SS# whenever you wanted, but I think most people waited to get one until they got their first job and had to get it. It wasn’t required for little kids as it is now.
Obviously he never thought Holmes would keep his letter, the colonel gave it to the media before Clinton's election in an effort to make the American people aware of just what kind of %$*#@ they were being asked to consider for the highest office in the land, but people shrugged, "Eh, whatever" -- it just didn't matter but to a few of us. Sad to say, regardless how damning this evidence here is, the people won't care this time either.

Part A:
1. There are three reported witnesses (grandmother and two half-siblings) to his birth in Kenya....
NONE to his birth in HI. No Dr, Nurse, neighbor,family member, friend has come forward to say they were there or had memories of “THE ONES” birth. (Even his now deceased grandmother was kept from all interviews.)
2.Specific statements have been made regarding the African birth: Male child born to Sr and SAD in Coast Provincial General Hospital, Mombasa, Kenya,......
There are at least two hospitals that have been named as possible places of birth in HI but no confirmation of either. Sister and he have conflicting stories, and IIRC he even contradicts himself. Sister's statement are not relavant because she is younger. Neither are consistant with the remodeling of the hospitals.
3.BOTH Kenya and HI has said they cannot release information, (they BOTH would possess material if they are BOTH commenting on it.) We know that until 1972, HI registered foreign births and then issued BC based on information from outside sources.
CONCLUSION: He was indeed born in Kenya and his birth was registered in HI.
Part B
The relevant part to your finding:
1. It is alleged as a young man that he traveled using other than US passport.
2. He appears to have no SS Registration...The one present appears to be falsified.
3. If he was indeed having his tuition paid as a foreign exchange student, it would present a need to keep his university records sealed as not to expose the fraud.
ADD A to B: If he was not born in HI, and if he did not register for the draft,and if he did accept tuition as a foreign exchange student.
Conclusion: He did not live as a Citizen of the USA.
Yelp, he perpetrated fraud on the government even back then....a practice he may have learned from his ancestors.

So I guess the form itself is probably correct. We just don't know when it was created or the reasons for the other suspicious items like the document locator number first two digits being switched. 80 vs 08 (was it really 1980 or was it 2008)
