Maybe if we flood some of the radio stations who put their toe in the water with a “thank you” then they will have Leo on again and for longer.
I would love it if someone could send me the actual audio file so I can send it to some of my local conservative radio stations around here. Maybe this could take flight from internet to radio to print to television.
I think if we can send that radio file around to other radio hosts and peak their interest.
It may be the key to opening the flood gates.
That's why I think the idea of "overturning the will of the people" in the election is a false premise. There should be a significant number of voters who would not have cast their ballot for Obama had they known he was not eligible under the Constitution. Enough to swing the election to McCain? Maybe so.
Hey, how about Bill Clinton running for a third term? If we aren't going to defend the Constitution on this issue, then the door is wide open.
I think so. I believe that Souter wouldn’t look at Donofrio’s case, so he took it to Thomas. (I could be wrong.)
This is the part I don't understand about Donofrio's case. He asserts that even if Obama was born in Hawaii, he is ineligible because his father was a British subject and thus Obama is automatically a "dual citizen" due to British law at the time. Perhaps I'm misunderstanding Donofrio's contention. Surely we have had other past presidents who had one or both parents born in Britain or other countries? I haven't done the research, just wondering.

I really agree with what you are saying. All of the people I asked responded exactly the same way. It’s against the law. It’s not often you will get a 100 percent verdict on anything; but that was what happened here. Both sides too.

I have two thoughts on this issue (other than I think he is guilty as h e l l):
1) Obama looks different - have you seen him in the press conferences this week? He does not look like a man who is racing to the White House. He looks tired, he doesn’t smile, he’s somewhat terse in his comments, hmmmm . . .
2) The silence is deafening. Not only from MSM and talk show radio. But where are the millions of Obamabots like there were during the election. Remember? Anytime any sort of comment was raised on a blog, there would be a swarm of Obamabots dropping f-bombs and trying to negate anything that was said. Besides the random poser, or those who voted for Obama but don’t know the truth, where are the masses of Obamabots taking up their messiah?
I wonder if he is feeling guilt about the con job he pulled off to get elected. Or maybe, he has taken time to see how cruel the real world really is and that lives depend on his every decision. My guess is that he knows he bit off more than he could chew and worst of all, he can’t please or fool everyone for 4 more years and re-election is going to be really tough and his legacy is already on the way down.
He’s held what - 3 news conferences for the office of president elect (what an egotistic stretch)
Can’t wait until one of his hand picked reporters(?) asks him why he has 17 cases against him related to his BC and why he hasn’t authorized Hawaii to release it yet.
Course that reporter had better want to retire to a community newspaper in rural Georgia - but it could happen.

I respectfully request that you consider reviewing Docket No. 08A407 Leo C. Donofrio, Applicant v. Nina Mitchell Wells, New Jersey Secretary of State.
Our Constitution in Article II Section 1 Paragraph 5 states “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President”.
Mr. Donofrio represents a considerable number of citizens noting the conspicuous failure of the presidential-designate to produce sufficient proof of compliance with the above constitutional requirement.
The work of Mr. Ron Polarik has shown all Certificates of Live Birth to date to have been forgeries.
Thank you for your consideration of this extremely critical matter.

Stop the Obama Constitutional Crisis
When you were first elected and as tradition requires you have sworn the oath: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me G-d.”
Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution reads: “No Person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of this constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.”
There are numerous questions as to Obama’s citizen status raising suspicion and doubt about Obama constitutional qualification to be president. To settle these questions Mr. Obama must produce proof of citizenship!
Documents that must be produced include;
(a) a certified copy of “vault” (original long version) birth certificate;
(b) certified copies of all reissued and sealed birth certificates in the names Barack Hussein Obama, Barry Soetoro, Barry Obama, Barack Dunham and Barry Dunham;
(c) a certified copy Certification of Citizenship;
(d) a certified copy Oath of Allegiance taken upon age of maturity;
(e) certified copies of admission forms for Occidental College, Columbia University and Harvard Law School; and
(f) certified copies of any court orders or legal documents changing his name from Barry Soetoro.
It is reasonable that these documents should be produced considering that his father is Kenyan, his adoptive father is Indonesian, and his grandmother claims to have been present at his birth in Kenya. If he is a natural born citizen then producing these documents should not be any problem.
These allegations will not go away until Mr. Obama produces proof to federal authorities and the public. If he will not do so voluntarily he must be compelled by every means available. You, as an employee of The People, have sworn an oath to support and defend the Constitution.
We The People are demanding you to make every effort, both public and private, to resolve this fundamental Constitutional question before 20 January.

I agree. The bias in the print and television media is well known. But, it is becoming clear to me that the left controls most sites on the internet as well. Ever notice the left bias when you do a google search? It’s everywhere!
LOL, he'll cough up his long form birth certificate before anything documenting his intelligibility can be cobbled together.
