Well, someone posted an hour or so ago that Leo would be on Plains Radio with great news, breakthru or such, “folks its over”. This is a dud. LOL. ~~~ I think the talkradio guys say very little for fear of possible libel suits in future. Playing their cards close to chest.

Thanks for this thread. I finally had a chance to listen to Leo’s past interviews last night (being on dial up makes one tardy). I was very impressed with him. Hopefully tonight’s show will be available tomorrow.
I’m amazed at the many people I talk to that know about the birth certificate issue that don’t know about Free Republic.

No, no, I didn't say YOU said that. In my post I said it was billed on another thread and someone else explained that was what Ed had on his web site. From what was posted in the other thread, I was expecting something much more.

Agreed, but the issue is lack of incentive for the Democratic Party to respond to South Carolina: It lost the state and producing BHO’s long form birth certificate won’t change that, so where’s the incentive to respond? Now, the lack of a response may prompt other States that voted for BHO to make similar requests, but again it comes down to incentive to respond. Unless a State that went BHO has enough Electoral College votes in play to make a difference AND says it won’t certify the election results or cast Electoral College votes without real proof of citizenship, I don’t see any incentive for BHO or the Democratic Party to produce the original birth certificate in response to a demand like the one made by South Carolina.
The incentive is that a court says so.
Since when do we get to ignore a court just because it serves ourself no purpose?
It was brought up where I was on Thanksgiving Day. You can bet that happened in many households across the nation.

LD hung up in anger says Corts case files are being subverted by suspicion of anthrax. LD is calling for a march on the SCOTUS building.
