That’s just terrible!
Some of the filth I have seen on the internet is truly shocking....and I don’t look for porn, I’m speaking of the stuff that pops up when you go to a website by mistake due to a typo.
There need to be an .xxx domain and porn needs to be legally restricted to .xxx ...I know that would only stop US sites but at least it would be some help.
Your Prosecutors are out of control. She is the 21st Century equivalent to a human sacrifice. DA’s trying to get elected find a suitable victim.

That's doubtful. With the Zero Tolerance Zero Thought Allowed policies little kids are suspended for just drawing a picture of a gun, suspended for having candy that looks like pills - the list is long. Once authorities - school or police - know of it they have little choice. Sex and children now are right up there with murder.
I can see how it could happen. Years ago I made the mistake of going to "whitehouse.com" instead of "whitehouse.gov". It was a porn site. Recently I was looking for a Christmas present for a girlfriend - footy pajamas. It's amazing how many porn sites are keyed to innocent things, and some have non-porn sounding names. I have a good popup blocker, and most are stopped but sometimes entire sites come up in rapid succession. Trying to delete them only makes it worse. I have to shut down the computer with the on/off, reboot, do a disk cleanup and reboot again.

I've long believed that if a prosecutor, or others in the criminal justice system, knowingly "railroad" a defendant, or falsify evidence, that they should be liable to serve the sentence for what ever crime the innocent person was being charged with. For instance, while Dennis Nifong got hammered, he should have to serve at least the minimum sentence for rape in prison as well, since that's what he knowingly tried hanging on the Duke LAX players, knowing they were innocent.

My 11 year old son once plugged “baseball” into google and clicked on something that promised details about the “players”.
Needless to say he was exposed to the filthiest filth. Though this haunted him, he is a resilient boy and we’ve been able to help him through much of it, though some problems remain.
Meanwhile, I set up a Linux box to act as a proxy server running Dansguardian. Only web sites in the “exceptionsitelist” can be accessed from behind the proxy server. All the family computers are on the subnet served by the proxy server.
The proxy server also runs squid so that I am copied on every email coming into or going out of the network.
Needless to say, there are *NO* external web-based mail clients in the exceptionsitelist.
I tell the children that I pay for the connection, I bought the equipment, I have a right to determine how it will be used. You don’t have to use it if you think it’s an “invasion of your privacy”. None of them has a problem with it.
By the way, your IT department at work may be watching where you go, too. They may even be taking screen shots of what you’re doing. They have every right to do so. They are paying for the connection and the equipment and they are paying you for your time.
Most IT departments have no problem with blogs and news sites, within reason. But if you start regularly watching porn, especially during working hours, they will probably notify your manager.
And they have every right, even a responsibility, to do so.
If you want to surf for porn, buy your own connection and your own equipment and do it on your own time.
the norwich pd is better than they used to be, but their incompetence still shows. here it is their so-called computer expert whose expertise is limited, I beleive, to being able to install and setup computers and radio equipment without being electrocuted. the norwich pd does not want, nor are they interested in real computer experts.
they also botched a murder investigation recently when they mislabled a piece of critical evidence, which let the suspects go free. way to go!
they are, however good at the smaller things, and are using more sound independent judgement on other things, like their handling of domestic issues, and minorities, although they still haven’t gotten their heads out of the sand inre: gangs and drugs.
and the school system took our a 20 million dollar bond to purchase “computers in every classroom” which got eaten up by non-expert ‘consultants’ with more political then technical connections. nobody ever thought that equipment with useful lifespans of 18 months would need to be upgraded and modernized every so often. they got what they thought they wanted without understanding any off it.

And probably down the hall, the health teacher is demonstrating to the youngsters how to put a condom on a banana and showing drawings of the sex act, explaining what fisting is and passing out surveys that ask private and embarrassing questions about the students’ sex lives.
