The orders list for 12/15/2008 shows Wrotnowski's request for stay as denied.
Affirming a candidate for POTUS is qualified IS a worthy issue for conservatives. There are some viable questions about O’s candidacy: confirming his place of birth, and confirming the relevance of his parentage. These are worth investigating legally, and could very well remove O from power before he gets it.
That said, I’ll agree that most people blathering about the subject don’t know what the he11 they’re talking about, and would do the country a lot of good by shutting up.

In this issue, “the Supreme Court struck down the BC issue” is the only thing most people want to hear.
“Judicial tyranny ignores the Constitution. If they are unwilling to COMPEL OBAMA TO SHOW US HIS PAPERS, how will the constitutional process proceed from this point on?”
Good point, will this allow people in the future to say because they ignored the Constitution on this issue that they have to also ignore it on their issue.
I was hopeful, but at the same time, I can understand why they wouldn’t want this. It’s our fault for electing two entirely useless candidates to the ticket. We get what we want, unfortunately, Eclair won the majority of the idiots.

Leo and Cort are not “Truthers’ whatever the h*ll a truther is. I am not accusing “everyone” of anything. I am not looking for compassion. Leo and Cort did a lot more to protect the Constitution than some of the snarky keyboard commandos and faux conservatives/RINOs posting here.

As I understand it, when a petition is denied by an individual justice, who is supposed to be acting for the whole court (trying to anticipate/foresee how their colleagues will vote in regard to hearing a particular case), then the petioner can apply to another justice, AND KEEP DOING SO, until a majority of justices have denied their petition.
It is for this reason, to avoid unnecessary repetition, that the second justice petitioned (which petition is not recommended if the prior denial is with prejudice) ROUTINELY refers it to the whole court (distributes it for conference) so they can dispose of it without further consideration required from a majority of justices on an individual basis.
What happened to the Wall Street Journal?
If those places got rid of the electoral college how does it work with those states?? I mean, ....LOL I don’t know what I mean. Just, how does that work??

Wall Street Journal is trash. It was bought by Rupert Murdoch. Notice how his Fox News changed 1 month before the elction when Rove and internal polls probably had McCain losing.
Murdoch’s Time of London and Aussie papers are also liberal. He is out for money and power. His second young wife is chinese and all Murdoch cares about is keeping his Sky Tv on in China. His new wife built a rift with his kids and I think his kids are probably pretty decent.
Wall Street Journal is garbage now. Peggy Noonan and her inanities.
