The orders list for 12/15/2008 shows Wrotnowski's request for stay as denied.
If he were white, would that have happened?
Sadly not surprised...the fix is in.
Thanks for posting.
Alan Keyes certainly has standing - they should recognize his claim.
Digusting. I guess SCOTUS prefers tyranny. I thought Robrts, Scalia, Alito and Thmas cared more about the Republic - I guess they could not be bothered.
Soro’s son had an editorial in today’s Wall Street Journal (now a rag paper) on why the Electorial College needs to be scrapped. He said NJ, IL, MD and HI are already there.
The constitution is null and void and none of us are bound by it.

Not surprising, but disappointing nonetheless.
ping...
Not surprising, but definitely disappointing.

Boy, I’m sure glad Bush put those two solid Constitution-revering conservatives Roberts and Alito on the SCOTUS, aren’t you?
Oops.
Yes, I am the Constitution. When you name me ping me, please?
Certiorari not denied yet, so it’s still alive.
Judicial tyranny ignores the Constitution. If they are unwilling to COMPEL OBAMA TO SHOW US HIS PAPERS, how will the constitutional process proceed from this point on?
i knew this was going to happen...but i still had hope...unfortunately we can’t count on the SCOTUS doing us any favors...the whole Blago scandal could be promising and has definately tainted 0, but i think we all know that this joker is probably going to be inaugurated...but this is what i’ve been thinking lately...
the only reason i voted for McCain was because of Sarah Palin. if he would have been elected, it would have been disastrous—he would have been thier pawn either way...we wouldn’t have had a chance for atleast another 12 years probably. 0 is going to try and do some bad things to this country, but what is done can be undone.
my brother has a book on survival—the author’s first instruction is to banish ALL negative thoughts from your head or you’re toast...i know it’s hard to stay positive in times like these, but atleast we aren’t alone—we have eachother to stay sane and laugh every now and then—we may not see instant karma in this lifetime...but sometimes that’s the lesson...
