A lawyer lobbying the U.S. Justice Department and the U.S. Supreme Court for a review of Barack Obama's qualifications to be president says a key conservative justice has hinted that another conservative justice has been voting against hearing the dispute. According to Orly Taitz, a California attorney working through her Defend Our Freedoms Foundation on several cases challenging Obama, said she was presented with an opportunity to ask a question of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia yesterday. The issue of Obama's eligibility has been raised before the Supreme Court at least four times already but has yet to be given...

I have seen some really sick comments posted recently which encouraged the military to disobey orders. That is wrong. I strongly suggest that all active military step back and refrain in any way from taking advice over the Internet on a matter of this importance. Consult with your family attorney or a JAG advocate. This is my final statement on the matter. I pass on having anything to do with military suing over POTUS eligibility. I don’t have the resources to guide such a litigation, nor do I see that any court would ever provide true justice after what I’ve experienced with my case and Cort’s. I have absolutely NO faith in the US legal system. None. Nada. Zilch. Zippo. So I don’t see the point of subjecting our troops to legal harm for a case they will NEVER win in the cult’s courts. The military can deal with any situation in their own court system.

  • Who can be president (Challenges to Obama's victory -- Constitution should be updated)

Challenges to Obama's victory are stuck in the past. The Constitution's requirements should be updated. If the Supreme Court could weigh in on Al Gore in 2000, maybe it could prevent Barack Obama from taking office as well. That seems to be the motivation behind one of the wackier political movements of 2008, an Internet-fueled attempt to prevent Obama from assuming the presidency based on the discredited notion that he isn't a natural-born American citizen, as the Constitution requires. It's not hard to dismiss the factual or legal basis for this claim -- as the Supreme Court did Monday when...

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court has turned down another challenge to Barack Obama's eligibility to serve president because of his citizenship. The appeal by Cort Wrotnowski of Greenwich, Conn., was denied Monday without comment. Wrotnowski argued that Obama was a British subject at birth and therefore cannot meet the requirement for becoming president. He wanted the high court to halt presidential electors from meeting to formally elect Obama as president.

As you may switch it on to see, Monday's NPC conference describes well, the constitutional crisis which America has been in, since the Iowa Caucuses at least. It proceeds as follows:0.00:00 - Bob Schulz, We the People Foundation, frames the reasons for calling for the presser. 0.15:50 - Philip Berg, obamacrimes.com, who does a very good job at summarizing the numerous problems which the Constitution's "natural born Citizen" clause has, with Barack Obama, to date. 0.36:00 - Bob Schultz, discussing the Donofrio suit -- thus, also the Wrotnowski petition, pending SCOTUS conference Friday, 12/12, it presenting essentially an expanded...

It´s America all over again. A few people decided to meet in a small room in Philadelphia to say they had enough British tyranny. A few people risked everything to turn Boston Harbor into a giant pot of tea. A few people have checked the constitution and have found a hitch in the outcome of the 2008 election. From those initial illicit gatherings and conferences came the ´birth of a nation.´ Once again a small group of citizens are meeting in lawyer´s offices, on the internet and in media rooms with the National Press Club. Now it seems the participants...

There seems to be an effort to discredit the action that Scalia and the SCOTUS took on Friday, Dec. 5, upon the Wrotnowski v. Bysiewicz petition to stay the Electoral College vote. As you may know, this case was referred by Justice Alito and accepted by the full court to committee, which will assess the case this Friday, Dec. 12, in order to decide upon any further action. It could grant a stay, deny the case, call for a brief from the opposition, call for oral arguments, etc. Whether the debunking effort is merely ad hoc, or being orchestrated, I...

Justice Scalia, by referring Wrotnowski v. Bysiewicz to committee on Dec. 12 may allow the Supreme Court to decide upon Barack Obama's status as a presidential candidate before the currently scheduled Electoral College election day, December 15. This case is essentially similar to the case of Leo Donofrio, who assisted Connecticut lawyer, Cort Wrotnoski, in drafting it. According to Donofrio, the basis is very much the same (not essentially about the birth certificate, but regarding a foreign father) and it includes additional corroborative research and/or reasoning. Also, the history of this case is less problematic for the Supreme Court (SCOTUS)...

Cort was told by the Clerk’s office that the papers would “probably” be in the Clerk’s office by 2:00 PM. Cort’s application, according to Supreme Court Rule 22.1, should be “transmitted promptly” to the Honorable Associate Justice Antonin Scalia. Keep your eyes...
