TRUCE

I have seen some really sick comments posted recently which encouraged the military to disobey orders. That is wrong. I strongly suggest that all active military step back and refrain in any way from taking advice over the Internet on a matter of this importance. Consult with your family attorney or a JAG advocate. This is my final statement on the matter. I pass on having anything to do with military suing over POTUS eligibility. I don’t have the resources to guide such a litigation, nor do I see that any court would ever provide true justice after what I’ve experienced with my case and Cort’s. I have absolutely NO faith in the US legal system. None. Nada. Zilch. Zippo. So I don’t see the point of subjecting our troops to legal harm for a case they will NEVER win in the cult’s courts. The military can deal with any situation in their own court system.

As for Obama and the cult, I have made myself known to you and given you enough to chew on for now. The truth should be starting to sink in. Please don’t show up at my chess matches anymore unless you are entering the tournament.

I will now go on to display power via chess, poker, golf, film, art and music. The power I represent through my art is the boss. There is no other. God is champion of the universe. God is accurate, precise, all knowing, all powerful and prepared to prove that to you with a kiss.

You cannot change it. So Repent.

Take the power you have usurped and do some good with it. Everybody on this planet has a chance to redeem themselves.

I am now going to step away from the POTUS eligibility issue and move on with my life.

TRUE STORY

On Nov. 3, 2008, I went to SCOTUS to file my application for an emergency stay of the national election. I took a Greyhound bus from Baltimore to Washington, D.C. because I was afraid to use Amtrak where I would have had to present ID for a ticket. I took that bus to the Greyhound station in Washington DC and walked from there to Union Station.

I felt that my life was in danger because I knew that if I could get my case filed before 4:30PM, there was a chance, a remote but genuine chance, that if the SCOTUS rules were followed, my case could stop the general election. As you all know, the SCOTUS rules were not followed when a clerk tried to overrule the SCOTUS precedent from McCarthy v. Briscoe.

I had previoulsy felt the evil operate against my case in the NJ Appellate Division where I experienced sabotage I never thought possible. I felt the full force and power of the cult as it tried to stop my case from having proper procedural ground to move on to SCOTUS.

In the days leading up to Nov. 3, 2008… my cell phone and that of a family member were subjected to treachery that only somebody with serious power could have accomplished. Because of the dual attacks upon my sanity, I came to Washington D.C. with fear in my heart, but I was not about to stop. Nothing short of a bullet was going to stop me from filing that application on Nov. 3, 2008.

On the Greyhound bus to DC, I had made a plan to pay for a tourist trolley ticket to take me one stop from Union Station to SCOTUS. I figured I would be safer blending in with tourists rather than being alone.

Before leaving for DC the night before, I died my hair blond, shaved, put on rock and roll clothes and stuffed the copies of my application in a hole through the pockets of my jacket which hid the documents in my back.

I looked nothing like the attorney who had been in the Hughes Justice complex all week in New Jersey.

But I made one mistake.

I had my electronic passport in my sneaker. I walked into Union Station to purchase a $35 trolley ticket and probably set off an RFID tracker.

I waited outside of Union Station for the trolley. At approximately 2:45 PM, just after I had purchased my ticket inside the station, I was sitting next to a white homeless man with a grey beard in his 50’s. He had two shopping carts full of clothes, food, radio etc., apparently his life possessions. We were the only two people sitting on this stone circle just outside the station. Suddenly, the homeless man starts gibbering some kind of weird code. He sounded like this,

“Echo one four two seven, target is in the building, repeat target is in the building…”

Then he paused and I looked up and a big SUV had pulled up right next to us, and two BIG mofos in yellow gold shirts got out of the SUV, opened the back door and started putting on body armor and packing mega heat… all the while they are scouring the area for the “target”.

The homeless man is talking to them through a device in his battered shirtsleeve,

“No point in wasting time, I want to get paid for this, target is in the building… Ok, but I thought you might want to just get the target, repeat — target is in the building, target is in the building. Stop wasting time out here.”

He was mixing in code talk with things I could understand.

Finally, these Blackwater types in yellow who had no badges or official insignia head into Union Station carrying full weapons.

I’m having a heart attack. They looked straight at me at least twice but I looked like such a clown. If they were looking for the brown haired bearded intellectual looking lawyer guy who was in court that week there’s no way they would recognize me with shocking platinum hair in my face, a dayglo blue jacket, flared jeans and trainers.

I am a chameleon.

I also had no visible paperwork with me. It was in the back of my jacket and my back was pressed against the stone circle.

When they entered Union Station, the homeless guy turns towards me and hits a button on his cell device and suddenly he’s on speakerphone. The conversation is between him and some woman wherein he’s trying to get confirmation that his payment has been credited to his account. He gives me a sly look, and with that my trolley comes.

I get on the trolley and open my tourist brochure to cover my face. Then I have to sit there for five excrutiating minutes while various people discuss with the dirver whether they should take the tour tonight or tomorrow. Honestly folks, I thought right then and there, “Your life aint worth shit, Leo. You are a walking dead man.”

When I finally got to the steps of SCOTUS, I was prepared to have my head blown off walking up those steps. I was a ***** mess. Seriously. The paranoia was so intense. I even asked for official protection.

I don’t know if they were just trying to scare me, really meant to take me down, or if it was all a coincidence. I’m sure there’s a video tape of it somehwhere. This is 100% true.

After the case was filed, I was followed for weeks. I had choppers over my home every night for hours. It was the typical black helicopter story in spades. But my whole family witnessed the choppers night after night.

The cult knew my case was strong. And it eventually got on every major news network and brought the one issue they had kept silent to the forefront of the nation — the fact that Obama was a dual citizen at birth.

OK, so now he’s POTUS. Many people voted for him. The messiah vibe is an archetype people are prone to fall for. But Obama is not the Messiah. (And if they try to make him one, the “Obama Has A Twin” song will be a number 1 hit througout the land. Just kidding.)

There’s not going to be a one world religion.

It will never be allowed by the one true God. He doesn’t mind the diversity of truly pious people. He loves us all.

I worship Jesus, but I don’t believe Jesus will condemn those who don’t worship him as long as they are pious good people who follow the number one teaching. Love one another. Love your enemies.

Good luck, Obama. If you’re going to change something, then change the cult. You aint “the One”, but try to be a good President. The standard for being a good President isn’t very high.

Word Up.

Beware of charlatans.

Much love to all. And I mean all.

Leo C. Donofrio, Esq. Currently admitted to practice law in New Jersey and in Federal District Court.

I don’t understand this story. If the electronic passport was on his body then they would have been able to locate his position and not rush inside the train station.

I don’t believe a word but it is just hilarious. He buys a $35 ticket to go from Union Station to the Supreme Court virtually across the street.

Guy was admittedly losing it. People do such loopy things when, well, getting loopy. Maybe he was just planning to go sightseeing for relief after dropping the packet. Maybe he was going to visit a friend in area afterward. Perhaps thinking of future trips doing same. That’s plausible enough. You couldn’t get me to tell you how much I packed for a particularly nervous-disorder-ridden trip I had to take once that was supposed to last about a week in the middle of college, and I wasn’t even on drugs.

As to the passport giving a signal, I’d think it’d take a pretty sophisticated (large w/ battery) portable device or would have to be fairly well aimed (if not such a large powerful device) to pick up the very benign thing.
Add too there’d be a lot of passports to cull through in such a place. Just offering an explanation.

Hell for all anybody knows that rumor just before this incident of a North? Carolina US? Rep (have to go back) offering protection of FBI was on and these characters were out to protect LD. That’s not such a big stretch.

I heard Leo on Andrea Shea King’s program after reading a number of negative comments here. The man comes across well. I take issue with the negative comments made about him. He has a point. Unless you’ve done something that makes people a lot more powerful than you want to sabotage you, your work, your family or your life, you may not be able to relate. Having once gotten myself in trouble for opening my mouth about a certain boss who was doing drugs in his office on office time, I know a little bit of the paranoia that comes with fear of reprisal.

I can relate. Leo has done as much as he can and now all he can do is walk away and leave it all up to God to sort out.

I wish him well and I pray for God’s protection on him and his family now and into the future.

Remember . . . there was a doctor who had a bomb planted in his car that blew up today . . . those things don’t just “happen accidentally.” There really ARE people who can kill someone without a second thought . . . and make it appear to be an accident . . . and there are a lot of people who will do anything . . . anything . . . to protect “the one” aka the current president. I’m sorry that SCOTUS didn’t live up to their oath to protect the US Constitution . . . and whatever the current president said to them in the closed meeting is speculation. For whatever reason . . . we got what we got and we got to let God take His course and take care of the USofA and us. The truth will eventually come out. It always does. Two weeks into the Presidency and he has to escape from the White House? Two weeks into the Presidency and the Honeymoon is waning? Two weeks into the Presidency and the Media is beginning to see cracks in his performance?

If we just wait . . . time will heal all wounds and wound all heels. And 2010 can’t get here soon enough. Neither can 2012 . . . neither can 2012!

In any event, keep writing your CongressCritters and keep the pressure on the Congressional Leaders. http://www.usa.gov/Contact/Elected.shtml

Well, well. It seems to me that the reason he gives is questionable. If you are doing the right thing, and someone takes it the wrong way, that isn’t your fault. It shouldn’t stop you from continuing to do the right thing.

But I can see that this kind of thing can be wearing and discouraging. He certainly gave it a good shot.

I don’t know if they were just trying to scare me, really meant to take me down, or if it was all a coincidence.

Personally, I believe Mr. Donofrio's story about helicopters buzzing his house and people following him, but assume that the undercover & SWAT cops at Union Station were going after somebody else entirely. I think he wound up next to the "homeless man" purely by coincidence.

Paying $35.00 is a bit expensive just to travel about 3 blocks, but if he really was afraid some "cultists" might do him harm, I can understand his trying to look like a tourist.

According to the "House, M.D." tv show, paranoia is caused by a lack of vitamin B-12; so maybe a couple of pills would help him out.

Actually, as crazy as this part sounds, it could actually be true. There really are RFID trackers and they are becoming more widely used for a variety of purposes. They started putting them in US passports a few years ago.

From what I understand, they are the same type of things that they use in stores the prevent theft. They are those annoying stickers with the metal inside that set of the alarms when you try to leave the store. Radio waves are used to track and identify these tags.

They are not some sci-fi fringe technology, they are actually pretty mainstream now. You can read a little about them here.

Thanks, but my point was (given Donofrio’s account may well be true) that they might not be so portable to be carried around so easily as to trace LD’s movement outside the entry areas, as a commenter suggested was a flaw in LD’s srory.

LD speculates (suggests) he tripped off a stationary mechanism at what one must presume to be a perimeter / entry area.

I suggest to the detracting commenter that such an apparatus isn’t so easily concealed and used discreetly as to trace someone in a crowd with many of the same non-transmitting circuitry cards.

All: I believe the name of Leo Donofrio's band includes a reference to schizophrenia. He is a hero and may either be or need to be medicated.

Leo did what he could and he stood up for the truth of our Constitution. I admire the man, his care, his conviction, and his courage very much.

I took Leo's and Orly Taitz' blogs off the Investigating Obama, "Usurper" blogroll within the last couple days. There still appear to be potentials in the courts....

I wasn’t there, so I have no access to absolute proof, but there’s nothing illogical about Donofrio’s account. His claim against Obama was viable—it had to do with legal documentation, not some weird untenable accusation, so Obama had every reason to feel politically threatened by it.

What level of resources would be expected to be used against Donofrio, given the circumstances?

Everything Donofrio says is consistent with what would be expected, including the level of paranoia he felt.

I believe this is the second time that Leo has dropped the matter. He’s a good person and good lawyer but a bit too nervous and high-strung to be involved in the eligibility crisis. I’m almost as negative as he is about the US court system but it’s my foolish nature to continue to hold out hope.

Moreover, I'm stunned--stunned!--that there are apparently people on this thread that genuinely moved by the rantings of a mad man.

Yes, I was too. Particularly the part about the vast government conspiracy with the homeless to prevent him from filing paperwork with the court. I guess FedEx must have been in on this too, since he decided that he had to physically file his paperwork.

Well, let's think about that. He files his looney tunes paperwork, and cert is denied. So I guess there would be about one cent for the ink on the stamp that they use to stamp his brief as "filed" and then maybe one cent for the Internet space that houses the information about his case, and maybe five cents for the salaries of the justices during the one second they considered the case.

Seven cents. That might be high.

Leo and Orly should be surrounded by friends because they jeopardize the plans set into motion by the most powerful group on earth. Hopefully they won’t disappear, many people I am sure have felt the need to go underground and are not backing off in any respect. This surely does sound like a techno thriller movie what with tracking and all but I do not doubt any of it. Dr. Taitz is the one that I fear the most for her personal safety, I dearly hope that she has the proper security near her and has her associates properly checked out.

There is a concerted attack upon her in several ingenious ways to discredit her, from postings here at FR to her own web blog. We must be vigilant in our efforts to portray FACTS, not rumors or at least state that reports or articles have yet to be confirmed.

The left is crying fire in the moviehouse and is selling the popcorn as well, don’t buy into anything that sounds too contrived.

When someone implies that you’re crazy to continue to scrutinize the Obama Certifcate Of Live Birth issue, bring up the following evidence of Obama's and the Democrat Party's willingness to set aside the Constitution for their own empowerment.

While an Illinois legislator, Barack Obama worked on four occasions to cancel the Constitutional human rights of newly born alive human beings. He did this as a way to empower himself with the most radical left of the Democrat party. His method was to argue that 'if the Constitutional rights of newly born alive children were recognized then such would erode the power of Roe v Wade'!

With the current political campaign, Barack Obama and the Democrat Party are fighting tooth and nail to avoid submitting for We The People to inspect, the very background material which is required when applying for a job with a corporation, much less a top security position: the college records, the birth certificate, the working history, medical history, etc.

To top it all off, the way Barack Obama and the Democrat Party are dragging out this controversy over his eligibility, they are aligning the circumstances in such a way as to build up an extortion scenario, where the growing threat of violence and mayhem will be implicit in urging that We The People set aside the Constitutional requirements for someone to be President much less take the oath of office legitimately!

The way this man and his army of attorneys are handling this issue is a strong indication as to how he will handle any issue where the Constitution might be in opposition to what he wants to do, what powers he wants to assume, what strategic moves he wants to make! It is for that reason that We The People must, YES MUST, demand that this sneaky man and his political party be made to follow the Constitution regardless of the riots his sycophants may threaten and/or perpetrate. Sadly, John Roberts doesn't see a need to uphold the Constitution.

Barack Hussein Obama (if that is in fact his real name) is a sneaky thuggish operator. His political rise to power has shown that. He will ignore any law which is an inconvenience to his empowerment, just like he worked to cancel the Constitutional Rights of the most vulnerable newly born alive infants in Illinois, protecting the killing method of 'pernicious neglect' as a way to slaughter newly born alive children.

Let me iterate that more succinctly: Barack Obama worked to cancel Constitutional Rights of newly born children, as a means to empower himself (and perhaps protect the industry of fetal tissue harvesting which may have been a campaign contributor to him).

He is right now working to cancel the Constitutional requirements for becoming President, using the implicit threat of violence --a threat which grows more imminent with every passing day he ignores the right of We The People to know the facts on him. And he is orchestrating that growing threat as the damned thug that he is-- in his campaign to have himself installed as president despite the illegitimacy of his candidacy. He has also sent his minions to the media and Internet, to squelch a rising din over the issue, because the more aware the people are of this possible illegitimacy the less empowering are threats over rejection of him for illegitimacy.

If Barack Hussein Obama will work to cancel the rights of the most vulnerable in order to empower himself and/or his special interests, and Barack Obama will send out an army of attorneys to stonewall the vetting of him on eligibility issues, what is to stop such a thug from doing anything he wants with a democrat controlled Congress behind his empowerment? Elections have consequences. As we see clearly from his past actions, the Constitution is nothing more than a weak contract Obama ignores when it suits him to do so.

We’ve all seen the Clinton Body Count. You don’t have to be paranoid to think it is extremely improbable that one person would be surrounded by so many dozens, even hundreds, of suspicious suicides, crash victims, and other suspicious deaths.

Clinton grew up among the Dixie Mafia and kept his connections with them. Obama grew up among the Chicago Mafia and has also kept his connections with them.

Obama doesn’t appear to have a body count yet, not that we know about, unless you include those suspicious homosexual deaths in his church—which seems a stretch to me. What would be the point? But that doesn’t mean he and his pals won’t do what they think is necessary.

Yes, interfering with these guys is risky business.

Sorry. I was a bit tired when I read this post so I had missed the point of your comment.

Also, before I read this, I had no idea that RFID tags were being put into passports (and apparently many other items too). I was surprised to learn this and that prompted my off-topic response.

I don’t believe a word but it is just hilarious.

Oh come on.. Why don't you believe what Leo says?

In the days leading up to Nov. 3, 2008… my cell phone and that of a family member were subjected to treachery that only somebody with serious power could have accomplished.

Leo, next time your cell phone is being tapped by the Feds, all you need to do is to drop by a 7-11 and pick up a pre-paid Cell Phone. If you did that, not even the CIA could tap your phone!

I died my hair blond, shaved, put on rock and roll clothes and stuffed the copies of my application in a hole through the pockets of my jacket which hid the documents in my back.

Typically, if you plan to file motions in any court of law, especially the SCOTUS, it is a good idea if you know how to spell.

I had my electronic passport in my sneaker. I walked into Union Station to purchase a $35 trolley ticket and probably set off an RFID tracker.

Wow, Leo, it seems that you overpay for mass transit.

Since when did one need a passport to journey from Philly to DC?

And if the Feds wanted to track you, don't you think they could have done that using the cell phone that they had tapped?

Suddenly, the homeless man starts gibbering some kind of weird code.

Are you sure the homeless man was not asking "What's the Frequency, Leo?

Then he paused and I looked up and a big SUV had pulled up right next to us, and two BIG mofos in yellow gold shirts got out of the SUV, opened the back door and started putting on body armor and packing mega heat… all the while they are scouring the area for the “target”.

Stop playing poker, you should be writing comedy.

The homeless man is talking to them through a device in his battered shirtsleeve,

Interesting.

I am a chameleon.

No, you are a crackpot.

Seriously. The paranoia was so intense. I even asked for official protection.

"Valium would have helped that bash..."

Okay, perhaps not Valium, but I suggest you talk to your doctor(s).

I had choppers over my home every night for hours.

Please let us know when they land in front of your house and the "BIG mofos in yellow gold shirts" break in and plant an RFID chip into your brain.

And apparently snorted a whole lot of cocaine.

Watch out what you say about Leo.

If you are not careful, THEY will be tapping your cell phone, THEY will be flying black helicopters over your house and THEY will have large "mofos" dressed in yellow will be following you to wherever you go.

See 32

“What would be the point?” To prevent them from speaking out about his use of homosexuals and drugs, the now dead homosexuals. There’s a guy named ‘Larry’ who spoke out to prevent receiving the same ‘treatment’. Joe Biden’s son tried by applying Delaware State muscle to scare him into silence. The Obama administration is ‘the most corrupt administration on record’ already!

Certainly possible. But Larry Sinclair publicized his affair with The One and was simply smeared and discredited, while the press ignored it.

I agree that Obama is probably gay, and was probably abused by his Commie mentor, Frank Marshal Davis. But the press will cover for him, so I’m not sure it would be necessary to kill those guys.

Still, who knows? Actually, bill clinton killed a lot of guys when he didn’t really have to, since the press got into the tank with him. I think the Arkancides tended to decrease when he realized they weren’t really necessary.

I tend to believe he is ‘bi-sexual’. Is that designation considered ‘gay’? And if he was/is involved with homosexuals, is there a drug connection, too? Many homosexuals are drug users ... even U.S. Senators seem to be drug users (popper anyone?).

He sounded like this, “Echo one four two seven, target is in the building, repeat target is in the building…”

Sounds like the "attacks upon his sanity" were successful.

It’s a guess, of course. I don’t know. But have you read the poem he published in the student newspaper at Occidental College? It’s called “Pop,” and given the fact that he was known to spend evenings with his whiskey-drinking mentor, who wrote a book confessing to a variety of sexual perversions, including the habit of molesting small boys, it seems likely that he was abused as a child.

In addition, he had no real father and a highly dysfunctional family, which also tends toward turning boys homosexual—though of course it doesn’t guarantee it.

Here’s the text of the poem, which was actually reprinted by the NY Times last year, perhaps not realizing what it appears to be about:

POP

Sitting in his seat, a seat broad and broken
In, sprinkled with ashes
Pop switches channels, takes another
Shot of Seagrams, neat, and asks
What to do with me, a green young man
Who fails to consider the
Flim and flam of the world, since
Things have been easy for me;
I stare hard at his face, a stare
That deflects off his brow;
I’m sure he’s unaware of his
Dark, watery eyes, that
Glance in different directions,
And his slow, unwelcome twitches,
Fail to pass.
I listen, nod,
Listen, open, till I cling to his pale,
Beige T-shirt, yelling,
Yelling in his ears, that hang
With heavy lobes, but he’s still telling
His joke, so I ask why
He’s so unhappy, to which he replies...
But I don’t care anymore, cause
He took too damn long, and from
Under my seat, I pull out the
Mirror I’ve been saving; I’m laughing,
Laughing loud, the blood rushing from his face
To mine, as he grows small,
A spot in my brain, something
That may be squeezed out, like a
Watermelon seed between
Two fingers.
Pop takes another shot, neat,
Points out the same amber
Stain on his shorts that I’ve got on mine, and
Makes me smell his smell, coming
From me; he switches channels, recites an old poem
He wrote before his mother died,
Stands, shouts, and asks
For a hug, as I shrink, my
Arms barely reaching around
His thick, oily neck, and his broad back; ’cause
I see my face, framed within
Pop’s black-framed glasses
And know he’s laughing too.

Of all the things to speculate on, you choose this. Hmmm.

But have you read the poem he published in the student newspaper at Occidental College?

No. I don't have time to read 3rd rate poetry.

Ha ha! I guess some people aren’t very curious, are they. With an additional “subtle” smear on your “motives”.

Heck, there are enough hints about 0bama’s sexual orientation that a blind and deaf person would have picked up on it.

Did you see the photo of 0bama and his “well built” (his own words) Pakistani room mate? Sharing one third of the couch together? The room mate who now fund raises for community theater?

“the vast government conspiracy with the homeless”

“filing paperwork with the court”

You’re trying too hard—the exaggeration gives you away. I don’t think Alinsky would have approved. You’ve got to work on this.

“looney tunes paperwork”

You can’t accurately label something “looney tunes” if you do not show some manner of chaos, strangeness or other sign of insanity.

Donofrio’s writing is clear, concise and logical.

This is a very poor effort on your part. Alinsky would ban you from posting if he were still living.

Let’s go over your posting assignment—you are to draw attention away from the notion that Obama would naturally use the most sophisticated level of tactical offense in order to protect his presidency, and the fact that Obama and his army of lawyers have spent a fortune on blocking Donofrio’s efforts.

Just do it, don’t ask questions.

Most guys, when asked their favorite food, would not answer: arugula.

That was his FAVORITE food?! Even people who like arugula (and I don’t think there are many) would never say it’s their favorite! I think he is an obsessive liar, not just a liar when it’s useful. Can’t tell the truth about anything, except by accident. I’ve known people like that, they are downright dangerous to be around, often “charming” and always have dramatic tales about their lives which, oddly enough, are different each time they dramatically recount them.
