A California lawsuit seeking documentation from Occidental College that could verify the nationality under which Barack Obama entered the school points out that the state formerly reviewed presidential candidates and disqualified those who were ineligible.
The arguments are raised in paperwork submitted by Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation, which has brought a lawsuit over Obama's eligibility.
Defense lawyers for Obama are trying to quash the request for Occidental records, arguing that any objections to Obama's presidential candidacy and victory should have been raised in Congress at the time of the Electoral College vote.
However, according to documentation in the lawsuit, the secretaries of state in California previously have exercised their election authority and have rejected candidates who did not qualify.

We all should know what has happened, over the centuries, and learn from it. We don't seem to have the courage to do so, and the enemy socialist/communists smile, as they take over our schools and institutions, where they can indoctrinate our children in the feel good slave inducing dogmas.
They have complete control in the USA now, and the only way out is open rebellion.

At 68 I don't care anymore. My children are out of the nest, and raising their own families. They will have to do what they think they should do.

I sent an e-mail to our secretary of state and her staff replied that it was the party's responsibility to nominate qualified candidate. I replied, it was ridiculous on it's face and tantamount to the fox guarding the hen house.

We should use a shot gun approach, including tightening the requirements for checking qualifications in 2012. We need at least 6 states to do this to make an impact.

I don’t think Zero expected some of the lawsuits to grow so fast, or for the lawyers and private investigators to discover what they have so soon.
I think he expected to have at least a few years to spread his cult-of-personality and create an “army” of followers before his “enemies” got dirt on him — look at the indoctrination youth camps planned; look at the perpetual campaign efforts, it’s like he’s still running for office, very weird. All in anticipation of gearing up the court of public opinion as he knows eventually a court will subpeona his records and he’d face conflict.
I saw it on his face on inauguration day, I see it now. Nothing joyous, it’s like he has a weight on his shoulders for what lies ahead.
Looking at his life, his influences, beliefs, it makes NO SENSE whatsoever for him to rally this Civilian National Security Force, other than to use it as a totalitarian guard. He disdains our military and wants to cut funding, hates guns, is soft on muslim extremism and negotiates with terrorist states, and believes America needs to step down on the world stage. C’mon, he stated a force as LARGE and WELL-FUNDED as our military? That kind of investment and planning means ONE THING:
Ladies and gentleman, boys and girls, the planned Civilian Security Force is for US...the “extremists” and enemies of the state who are against Marxism. And for the American military that disagrees with him.
Hosts like Mark Levin, Rush, etc, know who Obama is and they should state what certain things mean, but I believe they fear stirring conflict.
Sorry — this paramilitary group will have to be dealt with swiftly and without compromise. It’s human nature, it’s historic fact. To allow armed aggression to exist and begin operations will only tilt the rest of our freedoms downhill and never recover. That’s why it’s completely un-Constitutional and so very important to this nation. Force is the only thing that will be respected.
Look at his psychological methods: Obama talks blacks down, he wants them down in the dumps, it’s very obvious from his comments at the recent ceremony. It’s just like Rush said, he could inspire people but he’s trying to install a thirld-world reverance from blacks, illegals, etc.

The mainstream media, some black reverand-race-baiters will call for “no justice, no peace”; then renewed calls for peace after the bloodshed and loss of their sons, daughters and the realization that it’s not worth one fool’s lie.
Fortunately, Zero has underestimated his circumstance and his weaknesses will become more apparent, because he’s inexperienced, hasn’t run a donut shop, and too immature for his role of pretend president. He’s not going to be able to handle world crisis (little things like Iran, the largest state sponser of terrorism w/nuclear weapons, etc).
I believe he is partly delusional, as he sees the world from a warped perspective from his life experiences, he’s grossly overstepping his mandate for change to completely alter American society. He underestimates the populace that won’t accept his radicalism. You won 52.7 percent of the vote dumbass. This isn’t Cuba. This isn’t Czechoslovakia. This isn’t Russia. This is the most freedom loving and independant people on earth, payed for in blood, who’s rights come from a higher authority, God. The past model’s of socialism and marxism ultimately will not work here.
Fortunately Zero’s moving at a fast rate, 30 days of chaos, I’d be more worred if this was stealthy. I don’t believe he will serve 4 years.
Let the market tank, bring on the depression. He was voted for by the people, and that’s what you get. The dandies, spoiled brats, elites, lightweights, illegals, foreigners who won’t assimilate, those who base life on feelings/emotion rather than brain cells, this is for you. Congrats. You will suffer. And you deserve every bit of it. Survival of the fittest time. Tear it down and we’ll rebuild it up again even better. Maybe it’s what this country needs.
