Dear Prime Minister Brown,
On behalf of my fellow Americans, we offer you a sincere apology for the behavior of our usurper president and his angry and conflicted wife.
Please know that we cherish our relationship with Great Britain and always have. The treatment you received during your recent visit to the White House is shameful. We apologize for the rude and ignorant manner in which you and your family were subjected. Know that this is not representative of Americans' affection for Great Britain. When the chips are down, we rally together with the Union Jack.
As more Americans become aware of Obama's catastrophic strategies, we ask that our fellow countrymen remember and consider this quote from the great British statesman Sir Winston Churchill:
"However beautiful the strategy, you should occasionally look at the results."

I am no fan of PM Brown, but he deserves more respect as the head of government for one of our closest allies.
GOOD! Their treatment of Mr. Browne was truly shameful. Our President, Mr. Bush, would never have treated them that way. He and Laura were always cordial and proper.
It fully shows how much out of his element he is - this guy Obama is naive and belongs out on the street where he came from. I read that Carter was bad, but this??????
When the one did meet with him, and cameras were allowed in, he looked totally imposed upon. Disgraceful. These people have no manners.
Carter was a worthless peckerwood but he wasn't this oblivious. He didn't know the social graces from fried okry but as an Annapolis grad he at least knew they existed.
Uncle Albert.
But we haven't done
A bloody thing
All day."
In fact, Michelle and I have been sitting around, partying with our other guests, as our economy tanksand as a consequence, the rest of the world's.
Bump for later
two key points from the earlier discussion threads on this: 1) the DVDs were probably the wrong region code and thus unviewable on most equipment across the pond and 2) there is open speculation that these were re-gifted inaugural gifts and it would be really, really interesting to FOIA the Inaugural gift register. The cheap helicopters from the White House gift shop are beyond belief.
Delta II going up tonight, Shuttle on Wednesday! Launch 'em while you got 'em, boys!
Mr. Brown deserves much more respect than that and I lost more respect (if that is even possible) for Obama. Not that I had any to begin with.
Obami has got his knickers in a bunch over the history between Kenya and Great Britain.
The MaiMau uprising and all that.
Fellow Freepers,
I encourage you to send an email to the British Consulate as well, letting them know how embarrassed you are for the shabby treatment the Obamas gave the Prime Minister and his family. Tacky, tacky tacky. Use the email address on the main post above.
Andrea
That’s Mau Mau.
Did you know Brown is blind in one eye and partially blind in the other?
That makes the DVD choice even worse...
This was just discussed by the panel on Bret Baier’s show. Judy Miller said—and I quote in complete shock:
“Well, what have they done for us lately”
and then went into a diatribe about the Brits not putting up more forces for Afghan, etc.
Charles, thankfully, as stunned as I was (probably even more since he was sitting there), corrected her and discussed their great commitment and sacrifices in Iraq.
I’m shocked she had the audacity to make such a statement; typical liberal witch...and I’m being polite.
