WHY OBAMA WANTS America TO FAIL
Townhall.com ^ | 03.08.09 | Kevin McCullough

On Saturday the President challenged his country to "discover great opportunity in the midst of great crisis..."

...But is that what "we the people" hired him to do? To use "great opportunities" to change the face and fabric of the nation?

"We the People" were promised swift and effective action towards getting the markets repaired by President Obama, but they have dropped about 1400 points each week since he's taken power. "We the People" were promised greater fiscal responsibility by candidate Obama, yet his own proposals throw us down a black hole of debt, the likes of which we've never seen in a single year of an administration, much less in the first sixty days of one. "We the People" were promised the greatest commitment ever to oversight of the federal use of the money we send the government. What we've been handed is a series of embarrassing nominations of people who are willing to use the force of a gun to make you pay your taxes, but did not think twice about not paying theirs. "We the People" were told that his push for a stimulus would get people working again, yet barely 3% of it goes to actual job creation and projects that can even be initiated in the next 24 months. "We the People" were promised greater employment fulfillment and more vibrant business and economic outlooks when Obama's administration finally put together their plan to save the lending institutions. What we are dealing with is a greater spike in the unemployment numbers in Obama's first sixty days than was experienced under President Bush in his first seven years. "We the People" were promised an earmark free, pork free, bare bones budget, but as of last count Obama's omnibus bill contained 9200 earmarks.

Obama wants to bring the United States to it's knees to implement marxist socialism.

A short study of marxism will show the reality.

Search the net on marxist takeovers.

We got that “swift and effective action.” The effects are not compatible with a market system or a free society but they are very much compatible with Hussein’s ideas about how things should be- after the Revolution.

The polls still show that the American sheeple have blind faith in their “leader”. They are waiting for the “check in the mail.”

The American people don’t believe that. They have “faith” in this “secular” Messiah. Didn’t Re.Ev. Wright say that Obama is “the closest thing to Jesus out there”, or some other sacrilegious nonsense?

I am afraid that the American people as a whole, particularly in the Middle West, the East Coast, and the Pacific Coast don’t take Mrs. Palin seriously. They want Oprah’s Choice.

The GOP has pushed her to back burner, and are touting Mitt Romney (who was at last Bildeberger meeting along with the Obamas, Clintoons and Al Gore..the usual criminals. I heard Gringrich is thinking of throwing his hat in ring (barf).

Personally, I’d favor a government which would implement a rigorous adherence to Constitutional principles while at the same time approriately attending to the traitors within. ALL of them.

I'll second that.

“when in the course of human events it becomes necessary...”

...opportunity thru crisis...

How ironic...

All these are very noble aspirations and goals. I can think of no way that they could achieved - short of civil war.

A very ugly thought indeed.

“I can see how one could have been fooled by Obama’s rhetoric on the campaign trail and made the mistake of believing and trusting Obama.”
<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

Now this is the part I DON’T understand! Obama’s rhetoric was so over the top that I don’t see how people were fooled if they listened to the words and not just the music. He stood on the stage at Denver and said that he would DEFEAT POVERTY, DISEASE AND CLIMATE CHANGE! Nobody can tell me that that is just standard political promise making, it is clearly claiming omnipotent powers, only a diety could do those things. Did people not hear what he was saying or did they actually think he was God?

Of course as soon as he was assured that he had won the election his tune changed from I can do anything to “No, we can’t.”

Where’s my free house, free medical, free education, free car, and free food? Damn, what the hell’s wrong with this country?
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Is that all you want? I want an end to poverty, disease and climate change just like we were promised. Oh, and I want free travel to anywhere on the globe and free beer, wine and whiskey and hot and cold running women and whatever else I might think of, the government should furnish anything and everything I want.

I’d love to see Mitt and Sarah team up but unfortunately the religious and abortion issues would keep them from having a real chance with the majority.

Sarah Palin won’t be allowed to run, and the GOP will be the one to block her...our two party system has strings attached to it that are scary.
