I just spent the last 6.5 minutes listening to the video which I must say is well done except for one point. The ‘Thomas Paine’ in the video calls for the abolition of the electoral college; I must disagree with that. What must be abolished is any ‘winner take all’ laws that exist in some states. Then the electoral college will reflect the voting patterns of the people.
Can we say half-assed on this forum?

Hubby just had a conversation this week with the some guys on a job that he went to. They were praising the Arab One for firing the head CEO guy at GM. Hubby asked if they thought that the government should interfere with private businesses and isn't that socialism? The light of understanding shone on their faces.
Instead of accepting your statement as true, challenge people. Nicely. Politely. But challenge what they blindly accept. The truth makes people blink.
