There is a principle at law that ACQUIESCENCE IS ACCEPTANCE.
We can never drop this matter until it is successfully resolved. So long as we pursue justice in this matter, there can and will be a remedy...the nullification of all matters imposed under fraudulant premises.

Obama’s birth certificate can be subpoenaed under Hawaii law
(Hawaii Revised Statutes 338-18(b)section 9.)
If anybody really wants to see the original document, all they have to do is get a judge to issue a subpoena for it. Thus far nobody has done that.
From Obama’s point of view, he produced a perfectly legal document, his state of Hawaii issued short form Certificate of Live Birth which says at the bottom: “This copy serves as prima facie evidence of the fact of birth in all court proceedings.”
If and until someone proves in a court of law that document to be fraudulent or a forgery, it stands as proof of birth in the state of Hawaii on Friday, August 4, 1961 at 7:24 pm. That birth was registered by the state of Hawaii on August 8, 1961.
There is no evidence that has been produced to date of a delayed registration of the birth or of an out of Hawaii birth that was later registered with the state.
Two birth announcements for Barack Obama appeared in the Sunday August 13, 1961 Honlulu Advertiser and the Honolulu Star-Bulliten newspapers.

Numerous individuals have already petitioned judges to supoena Obama's original birth certification, but all have been denied. A judge will not grant a subpoena to allow anyone to see individually identifiable information unless that individual is a direct family member, has power of attorney, or a direct, tangible reason for obtaining it.
Obama's COLB is a phantom document and the phony pro-Obama "fact checking sites" have worked directly with his Campaign in pulling out all the stops in defense of this document fraud. Not only have federal forgery laws been violated, but state laws as well, beginning with Hawaii and including Illinois, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia as well.
There is also the cover-up and the obstruction of justice side of this fraud as Obama's lawyers, funded by his Presidential Campaign organization, pursue an end-around to block the release of Obama's original birth certificate.
Well this is an interesting turn of events, we now know how much a single attorney is being paid to stop Obama’s original Birth certificate from being examined and it is quite a sum for one man.
But what really bothers me is the total that Obama “raised” through credit card donations, a sizable portion of $850 Million.
The News Media in dribs and drabs documented a pattern of Phony voters created by ACORN as well as a number of equally Phony Credit card donations that showed up on the radar only because they went over the limit of what Obama could receive from a single individual. The most Obvious case was that of a Mr. Loving You whose address was the local Salvation Army homeless shelter somewhere in Texas.
Obama for America isn’t turning over their records of these transactions and I don’t believe they ever will. Like Obama’s birth certificate there is a good chance a fraud the likes of which has never been seen in American politics will be exposed.
Let’s say for instance that the same Acorn Crew that was dutifully creating absentee voters on a scale so wide spread that they had to resort to NFL football rosters and cartoon characters to make their quotas of new voters, (and let’s not forget Mr. Loving You) also received credit cards for those artificially created Acorn voters with which to fatten up Obama’s election funds.
We’re talking the fraud of the century, especially if these funds are just credit and there was no real money involved.

I thnk you are correct.
It is part of 0bama’s plan and whoever is funding/supporting/directing him. If people are victimized but made to feel that they are not being victimized, they accept their situation more readily. By acquiescing more or less voluntarily to abuse, a victim because in one sense a co-conspiratory (or whatever the proper term is) and thus take the side of their oppressor.
And the longer it goes on the more the victim takes the situation as normal. Sort of a Stockholm syndrome.
Of course it’s really simple too, hide the truth so as to keep on with the criminal charade in order to destroy America.

Here’s point 9 from the Hawaii statute on who can gain access to a vital record under the confidentiality exceptions to the vital records law; and I quote directly from the statute: “A person whose right to inspect or obtain a certified copy of the record is established by an order of a court of competent jurisdiction;”
The Republican Attorney General of the State of Hawaii, Mark J. Bennett would qualify as a person whose right inspect or obtain the original document could be established by a court of competent jurisdiction.
Prosecuting attorneys convene Grand Juries to go on legal “fishing expeditions” all the time to determine whether or not a crime has been committed. In this case the fishing expedition would be to see if Obama’s short form Certification of Live Birth is forged or fraudulent.
If everything is on the up and up, no harm, no foul. Barack Obama gets an apology from the Attorney General’s office and life moves forward.

I pointed out last fall that the Vitter case allows campaign funds to be used for all kinds of legal cases including (in Vitter's case) lawyers fees for cases unrelated to the election. I always said Obama was not paying millions to fight COLB cases because I knew that the same people who bought and paid for his election were paying for this crap. So the argument that "Why shouldn't he just spend $12 to show the original certificate" is just as invalid as ever. The people who want Obama to remain in power have essentially unlimited funds.
