Darwin--Unwittingly a "Creationist"
Answers Magazine ^ | Jason Lisle, Ph.D.

Evolutionists often attempt to use observational science—arguments from biology, paleontology, geology, or even astronomy—to support their belief. But the really interesting thing is that they base all their arguments on principles that ultimately come from biblical creation! As strange as it may sound, evolutionists must unwittingly assume that creation is true in order to argue against it. That means that Darwin was (in a sense) a “creationist.” All evolutionists must borrow the principles of biblical creation in order to do science (even though they would deny this). Here is why...

YECers continually start with the premise that evolution requires ‘something from nothing’. That is simply not true.

I don’t think that Darwin was vindictive against God but he did make some comments about the irrationality of some beliefs. Anyway, it wasn’t “made up” and is still the best natural explanation that we have. The special creation hypothesis may very well be true (somehow) but its supporters insist on avoiding any attempt to explain things using the scientific method.

“God did it by means we mortals can never understand so don’t you dare ask any more questions.”

Does this sound about right?

RE :”God did it by means we mortals can never understand so don’t you dare ask any more questions.

And dont forget that Darwin tricked many people into going to hell by getting them to think about how all those fossils got in the ground, and how light got to us from the stars millions of light years away, when God REALLY just made look that way a few thousand years ago, just to see if we had pure hearts.

I think the argument of this article was that Darwin used the assumption of 'order' to form 'logic' which was stole from the creationists. But as you point out, questions being forbidden (Like the fruit from the book of Knowledge) is not logic.
