According to Benjamin Wiker’s provocative new biography, The Darwin Myth: the Life and Lies of Charles Darwin, Charles Darwin was an honorable and likable man, a family man. He loved his siblings; he was devoted to his wife; he loved his children and grieved deeply over his daughter’s death.

But Darwin was also someone who presented to the public an elaborate and even deceptive story about himself and his work to advance a philosophical agenda.

While there are many biographies of Charles Darwin, Wiker’s deserves attention because...

Whether Darwin was an atheist has no bearing on whether the modern synthesis of his theory is scientifically valid. What does is the scientific data.

Many people who are not atheists accept the theory.

Another stupid ad hominem article.

It’s a good thing there aren’t real problems in the world, and that FR is not being sidetracked and made ludicrous by daily BS from creatins (you know, the people who aren’t evos, who invented the word evos).

Please do look at the science of evolution, pros and cons. It has many problems.

When asked by numerous people in many locations that a total science expose’ of evolution be taught in schools it was turned down. Again, they were not asking to teach creation by anyone’s point of view but only the FACTS pro and con of evolution, which is what we should all pursue be it whatever the issue.

Well then maybe you can explain how polystrate fossils fit into the evolution theory?

Or maybe you can explain why the fossil record shows stasis?

Macro-evolution has never and will never be proven.

Please do look at the science of evolution, pros and cons. It has many problems.

I have no problem with examining any objection that is based in science. I do have problems with ad hominem attacks and silly guilt by association type arguments, including, but not limited to attacks on Darwin himself, and efforts to suggest (or claim outright) that communism, Nazism, and forced eugenics never would have happened had it not been for the theory of evolution.

I might add that the last chapter of Darwin's book (Origins) is about the problems he saw with his theory. I get the impression that most of the complainants around here have never read the chapter.
