Following the mad recommendations of Peter Singer made in NYT's Sunday magazine, it pays to take a look at what is actually in the healthcare bill.
It's worse than you can possibly imagine. Somehow, it manages to be Singer on steroids. Who wrote this bill. It has Singer's footprints all over it.

I concur. I just wonder how much they have tried to do so and been snubbed by the SRM?? My suspicion is that they haven’t tried very much or very hard to get their views across, but that’s just a guess.
It will take a while. And it will still be superior to the care in Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala, Zimbabwe, Sudan, Albania etc etc etc etc....
Which link to the article or the government? Both work fine the gov. is slow to load is the only thing and it may have been taking alot of hits when the word got out.

That’s it! Time to create some civil unrest and protest this thing. We need large crowds and we need to shout out the details of this monstrosity. Griping on the internet isn’t going to cut it. We need to organize and make a lot of noise.
Have been reading Gulag Archipelago and the beginning section about arrests is interesting. He call the victims “rabbits” and describes the absolute ease with which the victims were arrested, without protest, believing there must be some mistake, for they had committed no crime. Even in public they said nothing, but went along quietly as their rational mind tried to understand the unbelievable and not wanting to make any scene that might further embarrass themselves.
It is this way that I see what I see happening in our nation, as communist ideology is being marched right before us and we are too stunned to act as we should. And it also explains why the agenda is being pushed so fast. Elections in 2010.
