A big BUMP to you. You're absolutely right. Read the bill and you will find many discrepancies with Fleckenstein's list. He did those of us opposed to nobamacare a tremendous disservice by publishing that list without doing detailed research on each item and publishing same. Shame on him.
Pg 59 is one of the most obvious. This part of the bill has to do with electronic payments being made by insurance companies to the provider (doctor). It has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with private bank accounts. If you read just item C on this page it really looks like the Feds are gonna be tromping all over you bank account. But if you read this entire section of the bill, pgs 57-62, you'll see the context you'll understand the error.
Even Rush has spread this baloney on his program.
We are NOT doing ourselves a favor by spreading these misconceptions.
FWIW, you'll notice a reference to "X12 Version 5010 transaction standards" at the top of page 59. X12 is an ANSI standard having to do with the transmission of electronic healthcare claims and payments for same. X12 grew out of the HIPAA legislation that Congress passed in the late 1990s (1996 IIRC). So this is nothing new. If you'd like to read an "English" version of this part of the nobamacare bill, read page 4 from this document from 2002.

My first question is about what is not in the RAT Health Care Plan: Where is the provision that requires Members of Congress, their staff, and other federal employees to give up their current health care plan and enroll in 0bamacare? If 0bamacare is not good enough for you and your family, then why should we be forced to join the plan.

Hydrogen sulphide gas (manure gas) smells like rotten eggs (very dangerious stuff, can kill when concentrated), butyric acid smells like rancid butter and soaks into a porous surface, it is the devil to clean up (avoid getting any on your body or clothes/shoes!)
