I thought the 45% approval looked much better than just Daily poll. Yes and notice how they always bury the overall approval half way down.
Remember how we were reminded every time that Bush dropped .0001% points? Nothing in the news now.
Let me clarify. President Bush was savaged by the media, his poll numbers were abysmal since he could do absolutely no right. No President in our history has been so publicly savaged. He endured those alligators for eight years. Obama gets his in what, eight months? I’d be laughing.
I’m just amazed the gump managed to waste so much political capital and drop over 20 points in 6 months. Well I’m not that amazed, I always figured abysmal failure and Obama went together. When you look back at the mans life record, it just shouts “charming lying used car salesman”.
The groups he is paying off, as he promised during the election, are firmly in his corner. Unionized workers (SEIU, UAW, NEA, etc.), people who pay no taxes, fringe "rights" groups (pick it - homosexual rights, pro-abortion "feminists", environemental radicals, etc.), people who pay no taxes, and the young urban hipsters (who, ironically, will pay the price for Obama's Excellent Adventure).
What we're seeing now is that the people who don't like him are finding it increasingly safe to criticize him to others, which is causing a hit on his overall approval ratings.

Isnt it funny that the 2 presidents who wnet under 50% the fastest were carter and Clinton and lookey the third Dem president to drop like a stone, i wonder who that is?
I don’t know, kellynla. Yesterday I saw Hatch emoting about cooperation and reaching across the aisle on the health care bill—some Republicans still haven’t gotten the memo we’ve all been sending them.
I'm not so sure. He is the kind that lets poll numbers guide his decisions. He loves being in power more than anything and as it becomes clearer to him that he's going downhill fast, he just might abandon a few things on his "wish list".

Throw in the die-hard Dems that always vote (D), even if Hitler is on their ballot. Add the white-guilt libs who can't, or won't, admit that voting for Obama was a mistake. Also the (non-taxpaying) college kids who think "That Black Guy" is "Cool", ACORN operatives, Dead People, and Actors/Actresses/Pop Culture Divas that need to be trendy.
I'd say that BO has a floor somewhere around 30%. Plus or minus a couple.
