The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Thursday shows that 32% of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Forty percent (40%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -8 (see trends). Thirty-five percent (35%) believe the U.S. is generally heading in the right direction and investor confidence today reached the highest level of 2009.
After addressing the whole nation he’s gone nowhere. Now he’s left shucking and jiving on Letterman and Stephanopolis.
He’s overrated.............

If you think his numbers are heading South now, wait until the Afghanistan War starts dominating the news.

Right...and giving the bird to the Poles and Czecs.
Especially once it gets out that so many of these Afghanistan deaths are mostly or even entirely because of the ROE.
I doubt that’s going to happen anytime soon. The media will do everything in its power to bury any news out of Afghanistan. In fact, they already are.
This is good news. Even though these polls fluctuate, I got a little worried when The Zero hit -3. Whew.
The wife and I did a quick trip up to SW Virginia over the past couple of days for some hiking. During the drive up and back (from the Chattanooga area to just north of Bristol, VA) we noticed dozens of military vehicles being moved south on I-75 and I-81. They were moving Bradleys, Humvees, and MRAPs, all painted desert color. Could be anecdotal, but the last time I saw this many military vehicles being moved south was about two months before the Iraq invasion.....

This is a very interesting index.
Starting at +28 on 1/21/09, it jumped to +30 on 1/22/09. It’s never been anywhere near that high since.
It first turned negative on 6/30/09:

and hasn’t been positive since.
It bottomed at -14 on 8/23/09.
It climbed from -13 on 9/07/09 to -3 on 9/14/09 (nobama’s heathcare lie to the joint session bump) and has fallen like a rock back to -8 today.

He is a usurper, he cheated to win.
It will be interesting to see how the Obama TV marathon on Sunday affects this.
