I’m not convinced he will seek re-election. I have never seen a president inspire organized opposition so quickly in my lifetime.
A sword affidavit doesn’t close the case legally, it is presented but it still has to be demonstrated and ruled that the testimony and evidence provided is true. I believe that even if he is telling the truth, Lucas’ history of fraud will doom that angle.

Birth certificate or not he’s a one termer. He knows this that’s why he’s in such a rush to turn us into a socialist country. Hopefully we can last until then.
At this point, Lucas’ history of fraud is worse simply because it has already been proven and ruled on legally. Obama’s, at this point (although we believe it) is still legally speculation. IF a legal victory happens to prove Obama’s fraud, of course his is worse. The difference is what has been legally proven, you can take action based on Lucas’ history, the burden of proof is still on the accuser in Obama’s case.
I’m sure he and his puppetmasters figure they only need one term to destroy the country.

The burden of proof cannot be on the accuser when the suspected fraud is concealing the evidence. Also the constitution requires the suspected fraud to meet the qualification, not for me to prove he is unqualified.

But at the rate he’s going, he may not make it anyway. There could be a challenge from within his party.
But 2012 is a long ways off. A lot can happen from now until then.
I am pretty sure that some states have already passed such clarification of eligibility.
The States have accepted the COLB as legit because many of them issue similar dubious documents. My own “birth Certificate” was filed 17 years after I was born and does not name my true birth parents.
What kind of corroborating documents were you require to give?
could you neam a few of those states?
