Obama birthplace attorney files new allegations

Laguna Niguel attorney Orly Taitz had her lawsuit challenging Barack Obama’s presidency thrown out on Oct. 29, but that hasn’t stopped her from filling a new document in the case with a broad array of allegations.

“There was a concerted and a well orchestrated effort by a number of individuals to assassinate my character, endanger my law license and ultimately derail my case against Mr. Obama,” Taitz writes in the document filed with the federal court today. “A number of criminal activities were perpetrated upon this court.”

The sad fact is this. Unless or until the State-run media decides to make this entire birther issue a National story of major proportions, it will never, ever, get legs.
Where are the NBC White Papers? The CBS 60 Minute stories?
The in-depth reports by CNN, MSNBC et. al. They do not exist and they will not. These liberal pr - - ks are only interested in stories that denegrate the Bush family, Cheney Family, Rush Limbaugh, etc.

Facts are meaningless to the Birther crowd. They simply want Obama out, and they don't care how it's done. So whatever accomplishes that must be true.

Fortunately, we have a legal system that does care how things are done. We'd all be in potential jeopardy if this kind of emotional furor was allowed to rule the day. Even the birthers wouldn't like it if they had to face the consequences of their low standards of evidence and legal actionability becoming norms.
