Should Conservatives Demand Obama's Birth Certificate?

Posted on 12/09/2009 2:28:37 PM PST by MNDude

I suppose this will be a controversial topic, but I was wondering if everyone feels it's a good idea to keep demanding to see Obama's birth certificate?

If his ratings fall enough, do you think there will be an increase in demands to see it?

Do you think continue asking for this makes people doubt the President, or to conservatives?

How important would you rate this issue compared to other things in the news (healthcare, climategate, stimulus2, etc.)?

I’d rather see a dozen birth certificate threads than one more dumb ass Tiger Woods thread.

So would I. It's amazing there are so many soap opera FReepers.

“Are there racial considerations, perhaps? If that is the case, we’re really selling out our country for a politically correct reason.”

If they don’t investigate just because he’s black (at least half of him), isn’t that in itself racist?

You’re probably right...back in the day (1968) one Sec. of State had the cajones to ask a very black Eldridge Cleaver for his BC, turns out he was only 33 at the time and the Sec’y said sorry you’re too young. But other idiots let him on the ballot and he got something like 40,000+ national votes.

Unfortunately, we’d probably need more than 1 state cuz Zero and his imps could write it off as “we messed up the paperwork on that one”

The birth certificate issue shouldn’t be a conservative or liberal issue. It is American issue. Maybe American issues are only conservative issues.

Uh, yeah...it would be nice if the American people were able to have proof that the captain of the ship of state (which is obviously heading toward iceberg waters) is really qualified to be captain. But then, I guess I’m just being silly.

If Republicans were smart, they would start laying the groundwork to challenge, in every State of the Union, Barack Hussein Obama’s eligibility to appear on the ballot for election to the Office of the President in the 2012 election. He must be so certified as eligible in each and every state and the condition for that ought to be an original long form birth certificate. What are the chances that all 50 states will stonewall?

That said, the Republican Party is the most inept collection of human beings outside of the government of Zimbabwe, so I don’t expect anything to happen.

If you don’t like the threads, don’t click on them. I hate soap operas on TV. I have enough sense not to watch them.

There are also questions about whose children Obama has.
There is another about a dead baby named Obama that Michelle went ballistic about. It wasn’t hers.

I agree that this is the one real issue we have at the time. You can purchase magnetic bumper stickers at WND.com.

I don’t think what you say makes much sense.

You’re implying that things would be different with the GOP in majority. Guess again - experience has shown us that the GOP is riddled with traitors who are too chickenshit to go near the eligibility issue.

Valid point ... unless NY-23 is a harbinger of a substantive change in GOP applied values (although, as you note, many established members of the GOP contingent would still have to be dragged kicking and screaming into actually taking action).

It’s not an either/or thing. If he is found to be ineligible, then every piece of crap he signed, every pervert thug he hired, etc, are all null and void.

So this must be pursued.

I,too, have children and grandchildren. I want them to live the American dream of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And I am willing to do what ever it takes to preserve that for them.
Secondly, those students who have lost the opportunity to attend charter schools in the DC area are precious, too.
Thank you President Barack Obama.

I said several months ago if I were advising her I would have a 20x30 inch, mounted copy of it and I would make a big deal of bringing out a easel and putting the copy up for all the crowd, and world, to see! I'd do it every single time she appeared anywhere! Wouldn't say a word, just make a big deal of her carrying it on stage with her and placing it on display.

If he didn’t have one then, I am sure he has one now.

I think they're still *working on it*. The government forgery team has to make sure that it passes every conceivable test. They know it's going to be scrutinized microscopically.
