Obama's BC Amendment was in last 6 months Before He Announced His Run For Presidency
Butterdezillion

Posted on 02/07/2010 9:15:33 PM PST by butterdezillion

Here’s some new information – haven’t even added it to my blog yet.

According to http://uspolitics.about.com/od/senators/a/barack_obama.htm , Axelrod started videotaping Obama in 2003 for footage that he later used in Obama’s January 16, 2007 announcement that he would run for the presidency.

According to the UIPA responses received by Terri K and myself and the retention schedules for receipts, Obama’s amendment happened sometime between September of 2006 and January of 2007, since those records are to be retained for 3 years and receipts for fees to amend Obama’s vital records were denied to Terri K in September of 2006 and no longer existed when I requested them in January of 2010.

IOW, the DOH has revealed that in the last 6 months before Obama announced his run for the presidency he amended his birth record in Hawaii. That amendment was before the Factcheck COLB was printed in June of 2007 so if that COLB was legitimate it would definitely have had note of the amendment. So the Factcheck and Fight the Smears COLB’s are definitely forgeries and not just a COLB printed before the amendment was made.

Again, my conclusions are entirely based upon what the Hawaii Department of Health has stated in official responses to official UIPA requests and the laws, rules, and regulations which govern the records and statements they have made. If we take Hawaii at its word this is the natural conclusion we would make.

The certificate number and filing date that are mismatched according to the Nordyke certificate numbers and filing date confirm this also.

I haven’t checked this out yet, but the documentary requirements to amend a birth certificate 45 years after the birth would be hard to come by. What kind of evidence would be sufficient to prove that a record in existence for 45 years and never corrected before had been wrong all along? What would a person legitimately correct 45 years after the birth – after having used that birth certificate for 45 years whenever documentation was needed and never challenging the facts contained on it?

butter,

Many thanks for your detailed post.

I’ve viewed about a dozen Hawaii Short Forms, and I’ve never seen an amendment listed before, so that was quite a shock.

I emphasized the “name change” amendment on your Short Form link because that would specifically reference the “identity” of the holder and would seem to be critical information.

This certainly raises questions about whether Obama’s name change to “Soetoro” was legally enacted or just a pro forma convenience.

As to location of birth, my understanding is that a claim of “home birth” could be made by a parent in 1961, and that such a claim would be routinely authorized by the Hawaii DOH.

My own two theories have always been that Obama’s Hawaii Long Form shows a “home birth” with no medical professional present...thus fueling the foreign birth rumors...

Or...

There is some kind of amendment to the “Father’s Name,” which might indicate that Obama knew “Dreams of My Father” was a completely bogus autobiography.

I will read through your legal citations.

Thanks again for your interest and hard work.

"I really can’t think, though, what would be so embarrassing on his birth certificate."

He may have been born without his testicles having come down and his penis very small so was assumed he was a girl.

Or a Hermaphrodite.

They seem pretty confident that no DA will even begin an investigation. That’s the infuriating part, to me - their arrogant certainty that the mafia will cover their behinds.

That’s a good question. Sounds like the site I linked to was saying he specifically began to videotape with a campaign in mind.

If the amendment has to do with gender a new certificate is made up. The laws really protect people from having anything embarrassing on their BC - provides a way to get a new birth certificate to sanitize just about any embarrassing piece of information there is.

And in fact, the Administrative Rules forbid the DOH from making public any information that would cause embarrassment for the people listed on a birth certificate.

I honestly think this has nothing to do with embarrassment and everything to do with criminal liability and ineligibility.

When I say I don’t blame him for who his father may have been, I don’t mean I don’t care whether he is a citizen or not. I just mean I wouldn’t judge him for being born out of wedlock or to a famous jerk or something.

I THINK YOU MEAN THIS ONE?

HI Paper Erases Obama Indonesia
Birth In ARCHIVED Story
Honolulu Advertiser newspaper caught censoring and
manipulating the news...the dirtiest kind of journalism.
10-16-9

Below is the ORIGINAL 2006 story text about Tammy Duckworth running for Congress (an amazing woman - both legs blown off by an RPG while she was piloting a Black Hawk). The two key sentences sentences about Obama’s birthplace - which the newspaper has now removed from its own archived version of the story - are highlighted. This disgusting act goes hand-in-hand with past Hawaii state government efforts to obfuscate and coverup the truth about Obama’s birth place.

Duckworth Working To Win
By Will Hoover
Advertiser Staff Writer
January 8, 2006

Congressional candidate Tammy Duckworth works the phones at her campaign headquarters in Lombard, Ill. Since she announced her candidacy last month, the 1985 McKinley High School graduate has shown herself willing to work hard and speak her mind.

Tammy Duckworth, shown at a news conference at the Helen M. Plum Memorial Library in Lombard, Ill., is focused on her new goal: winning the 6th District U.S. House seat in Illinois as a Democrat. Democrats are targeting the seat, long held by Republican Harry Hyde.

Tammy Duckworth, shown speaking with campaign workers at her campaign headquarters in Lombard, Ill., brings an intense focus blended with a keen sense of humor to her latest mission: running for Congress.

Duckworth, shown in McKinley High School’s 1985 yearbook, was an honor student and athlete.

Illinois Army National Guard Maj. L. Tammy Duckworth sat in a wheelchair at the paper-strewn kitchen table in her suburban Chicago home doing what she seems to do better than most mortals: focusing totally on the task at hand.

She worked the phones for hours Wednesday as part of her effort to get herself elected to Congress - reaching out to dozens of mayors, union officials and everyday voters.

Somehow, she’s able to stay focused and find humor simultaneously. She has a knack for instantly putting people at ease with what some call her disability - the fact that she lost both her legs in Iraq 418 days before.

Pausing between calls, Duckworth noted that her high-tech artificial legs were in the closet “charging up.” What she called her “left stump” was propped up on the table.

“That’s my way of kicking back,” she said with an infectious laugh. “I know, the politically correct term is residual limb. But that’s just way too many syllables, and I figure it’s mine. I can call it what I want.”

Duckworth’s Iraq experience already is the stuff of American military lore.

On Nov. 12, 2004, her entire focus was on not losing consciousness while trying to safely land a Black Hawk helicopter. It had been blasted by a rocket-propelled grenade that exploded where Duckworth was seated. The maneuver was an impossible feat with two missing legs, a shattered right arm, and a multitude of other serious injuries.

Another pilot landed the helicopter. But Duckworth, not realizing how seriously she’d been hurt, kept her attention on the mission, passing out only when the Black Hawk was on the ground. Initially presumed dead, Duckworth remained unconscious for the next 10 days.

Her focus for the better part of 2005 included staying alive, undergoing intense therapy at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C., and painstakingly learning to walk again on artificial legs.

She is on record as saying she’s determined to fly helicopters again.

Duckworth knows that political pundits are focused on her. As a Democratic candidate in a historically Republican district trying to win the House seat being vacated by retiring Republican icon Henry Hyde, her 6th District race is becoming a Democratic Party priority and a talking point among political heavyweights.

“Very rarely have I met a more impressive person than Tammy Duckworth,” said Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., in an article the day before she announced her candidacy Dec. 18. “She just has the poise and exudes the type of character that I think would make her an astounding public servant.”

*****

Duckworth is happy to point out that she and Hawai’i-raised Punahou graduate Obama have “a kama’aina connection.”

Both were born outside the country - Obama in Indonesia, Duckworth in Thailand - and graduated from high school in Honolulu - Punahou and McKinley, respectively.

*****

Here is the three year old story as it NOW appears in the paper’s archives...the reference to Obama’s birth place has vanished...

So ?
the question is ?

Those who faked and forged his COLB didn't know ( SOMEONE, or some people forgot to tell them ) that Obama's original long form birth certificate was amended.

is that correct ?

Looks like they got caught red handed with their hand in the cookie jar....
Next time the main stream media questions the birthers or one of the G.O.P. candidates, and if the OBOTS and liberals say:

" SEE ?
here is his COLB "

our side needs to say,
" yeah, but, how do you explain how that COLB does not show that the original long form was amended ? "

I call BS. The only evidence you have about the supposed "amendment" is the word of an anonymous blogger.

Birther are making stuff up, again. It amazes me how they never tire of it.

I have the word of Janice Okubo, Communications Director for the Hawaii Department of Health.

What source would you find more credible?
