Blame Mexico for losing California to America.

LOL! Maybe we should give it back. That would be too funny.

Bush’s legacy? Obama.

Sad to say it, but you are 100% correct. Of course Obama was prepared behind the shadows for years to take over the US as we know it - Bush provided the opportunity. Sad. I have ominous feelings towards the Pelosi, Reid, and The One. Feelings that are dark that I don't usually have about anyone. I really hope there is a brighter future in store, but I don't see a peaceful means out of this takeover - and know THEY ARE NOT DONE YET! Novemember is still far away and they will do more and more damage to this nation at a furious pace.

My little boy who isn't even two has almost $40,000 he owes to the government for "his share" of the national debt. I don't know what else you consider that to be other than a crime. I hope the younger generation doesn't forgive those that have put this burden on them. I would hope they refuse the debts of their irresponsible parents generation that voted for the Dems and RINOs. I hope a great purging takes place that removes the evil elements that work to economically enslave us and our children even before they are born. Sadly, part of me wants the whole thing to crash so that the purging can occur.

Throw money at it, that’s the reason. Scott Brown won. Go figure. Soros can throw a gazillion bucks at bonko, the dems can run a gazillion ads.

We will not forget. We will vote for the conservative with a 500k budget. The MSM has lost it’s power.

Pity party tonight with drinks, my house.... BYOB

Remember, the indy’s are in our camp. They’re not buying it anymore. They were suckered once (well, perhaps more, but bambi cemented the dems are LIARS) And the more they dems spend on useless ads, and get donations, and get funding, it takes away from others, so, there’s less they have for the next one.

They’re going to regret today in the near future. It’s their party, and they’re going to cry. They’re FINISHED. I don’t see them in power for at least 20 years.

As far as, “We’ve never repealed a bill” before. We’ve never been this corrupt before. Same bill, different story. It will be repealed. We can do this!

George W Bush was rock solid on the war. Conservatives got content because our focus was all about prosecuting the war on terror. And as long as GWB was strong on the WOT, other things were exucsed.

Of course it's not all about Bush - a lot of blame can be placed on congress too. But Bush didn't use the bully pulpit enough to push for reform on domestic issues. The one thing outside of the war he was passionate about was amnesty.

His term is over and so are its lost opportunities. Blaming him makes the media right and I, perhaps alone, refuse to buy anything the press declares about George W. Bush.

You're not alone.

People want someone to blame, how about blaming all those who fire INTO the tent instead of firing OUT. The media couldn't have succeeded against Bush without the full help and assistance of those who claim to be on our side. If we stuck together like the dems this would be a different world.

President Bush deserves part of the blame but in the end it is the American people who are to blame. Now it is up to us and those who have awakened from their slumber to fix this mess. This means giving every dollar and hour we can electing real conservatives to Congress. There is no doubt the Democrats are going to be punished but we need to make sure that we don’t just get a bunch of wussie compassionate/psuedo conservative types elected to replace them. We have opportunity to elect real conservatives across this nation in a way not seen even in 1994. Let us not waste it . There is a lot of pain coming. Tomorrow the stock market is going to be hit with this ton of crap legistlation and businesses are going to start bleeding more jobs going into the fall. These stupid Democrats are going to be even worse off by the time Nov rolls around.

Well of course. With a majority, what can they do? Accept it? The past is the past. We can say, well, if only... for so long. Today is today, and our guys stepped it up.

Paul Ryan was on fire. I’m next to his district and have known him for a LONG time. They did rattle the dems today, and wasn’t that a sample of what they are made of? Of what they can do? And why haven’t they used it before? Because we didn’t inspire them, us, we the people, we took them for granted. Period. They went to their job.

No other congress is this corrupt, and we won’t relax, now or in the coming years. We need more Paul Ryans. The R’s need to keep this style going, and F all the dems when they get control. They shattered JJJ, it was beautiful.

So, you may be in the 2005 mindset, come join us, we’re shaking and moving here in 2010. We’ve rattled their cages, and unless they want to be mccained, they’ll be conservative. I have hope. I hope you see it too. The old codgers are going or gone.

It was the fight for his replacement where we formed a circular firing squad and killed our own asses.

That circular firing squad is still happening today. Look at this thread and some of the comments about Bush. Like blaming Bush for is disaster is going to do us any good today or in the future.

Even with a clear enemy and a clear target to attack, we conservatives still can't point all of our guns in the right direction!

However, the REAL BLAME lies with our public education and so-called Mainstream media.

This has all been orchestrated for a hundred years. Bit by bit from the Fabians to the Frankfurt school a progressive constructed society has been the goal. Academia and media are the means to their end.

Not sure where you got that impression. I'm certainly not one who only supports those who have 100% conservative credentials.

I don't agree AT ALL with Obama and the Dems in congress. But they know how to get things done. In about 1 year they were able to nationalize health care. In the 8 years of Bush what huge domestic policy agenda was accomplished? The only two I can think of were No Child Left Behind (with Ted Kennedy) and the prescription drug benefit (nothing conservative about that).

“Americans are too stupid and lazy to cancel their TV service.”

Heck, I don’t even have to bother. Even with converter boxes on 3 different TV’s in my house I cannot count on getting a decent picture. I am already reading more and listening to C-Span more. Kind of like the Cheshire Cat smile.

Sad to say it, but I agree with this. Republicans squandered the 8 years they had with Bush in office.

Bull. The media was complicit every step of the way. By-the-by, Republicans only had 6 of 8, Democrats had both houses for two - the worst two of the GWB presidency. Had we had even a remotely fair and balanced media, we would not have the current _resident.

Bush is doing pennance with BJ Clinton on a trip to Haiti. That alone should be enough for acting like he could be a 'uniter not a divider' when it came to communists in our government.

His daddy tried to play conservative 'till someone read his lips. McCain couldn't call the communist he ran against a communist, but preferred to reach across the aisle with senile precision.

The dems are in for a real surprise if they think they'll be faced with such balls-less opponents in the future. The Tea Party, thanks to them, now specialize in "teabags", and you can bet any serious candidate running as a Republican this fall will be sporting the "in your face" pair the Left has so longed for.

Come November, the Left will experience first hand just what 'teabagging' feels like, up-front, and personal. They've got from now 'till then to get their Barney Frank on, 'cause it's gonna be fuggly.

I find it a bit disheartening that the only solution seems to be money. Ads ads and more ads. It’s unfortunate that the American electorate by and large respond only to a barrage of political advertising and don’t take the time to research candidates and make a choice on merits alone. King’s ransoms to law firms and PR agencies that represent both sides seems decidedly perverse. Reminds me of a painful divorce where the married couple quibble over property, and at the end of the day there’s not much left to divvy up, but the attorneys on both sides make out like bandits.

Sorry, won’t wash...the blame rests squarely on Obama and his minions...it happened on their watch, on their own terms, and was prostituted in the process because the end justifies the means in the world of libtards. By making it Bush’s fault you are letting the libtards off the hook and are assuring that there will be no consequences for their unscrupulous behavior come November 2010.
