George Soros and Moveon.org have engineered this since before George W. Bush was even sworn in the first time.
It was an act of God that put Bush in the White House and prevent Al Gore from doing what Obama has done to this country.
Blaming Bush is childish and disingenuous.

I agree. Bush is the POTUS who made Obama possible and the GOP house and senate during Bush's term helped create the Executive Office Dictatorship. May the name Bush from that wretched liberal elitist family never hold another national public office.
A lot of GOP names created this crisis including Dole, Lott, Frist, & Newt, to name a few.

he did try to push illegal amnesty, Indeed he did. ...so I suspect he and his RINO comrades will be thrilled about the next item on the Obama agenda.

In some ways he was close.. Maybe. I voted for him, twice. But he did seem to suck up to Islamofacists in his second term, IMHO.

A little too late, but the repubs gave them hell today. No they didn't. Those capable of critical thought understand it was just an orchestrated sham.

No, I blame McCain and those who got him nominated. Talk about a wolf in sheep’s clothing. He wasn’t a strong enough candidate to win the election, and that was the intent. He knew it, too, playing along like a dopey puppet.

McCain wasn’t someone I liked, but at least you knew he takes the nation’s security seriously...and without that we won’t have to worry about anything else.

He should have belted Obammy when he came to White House back in 2008. That would've just given ol' bammy some street creds.

Right on. Had Repubs been true conservatives during the Bush admin we wouldn’t have lost so many seats....

That’s exactly right. After years of the msm 24/7 BDS I found too many of my acquaintances had become anti Bush.
When asked why they could not give reasons. It just shows how effective constant brain washing can be.

Blame the powers that be that allowed George W Bush to get the nomination in the first place. I was never a fan of his...always wondered how he got the nod. Assumed it was because of who he was and that he was the gov of a large state.

Today will be largely remembered as the biggest legislative victory for liberals since Medicare in 1965. But it should also be remembered as the day that Bush cemented his legacy as one of the most destructive presidents for advocates of limited government. Republicans should again study and try to learn from what happened between Bush's win in 2004 and McCain's loss in 2008. Lost both houses of Congress and the presidency by sizable margins.
And the Bush/Rove, year-after-year attempt to ram amnesty for illegals down everyone's throat (constantly insulting all who disagreed along the way) was as demoralizing and damaging to the party as any one single thing. W's second term was a disaster for the party, and then about the weakest possible candidate won the nomination to succeed Bush.

would you rather have had gore in office on 9-11? not me. I am a GWB fan and nothing you can say will change my mind. That man had to deal with more than any 10 presidents put together. If you are such a right wing person that no one that doesn’t agree with you 100% is good enough, than YOU run for office!
