You've Been Had...
3/22/10 | RightOnline

Posted on 03/22/2010 5:25:13 AM PDT by RightOnline

America, you've been had.

Let's talk about the American citizenry first, shall we?

You didn't pay attention in school. You wafted through high school and eventually collected a worthless piece of paper (assuming you ever graduated) that declared you "educated". You weren't.

You listened to years of liberal lies, smears, obfuscations, twisted "logic", inanities...and you bought them all.

Aided and abetted by a far-Left major media, you allowed a smooth talking community organizer with a non-existent resume' to become President of the United States. You didn't care who or what he really was. You were told that none of that mattered and you were either a right-wing loon or a racist if you even bothered to ask simple questions. You swallowed his pap hook, line, and sinker. Cutesy words like "hope" and "change" made you swoon. After all, he has dark skin and all so he had to be different.

Of course, he turned out to be precisely what many of us knew him to be: a devoted Socialist, supporter of Islamic culture, indifferent-to-hostile toward Christian values. A radical in a suit, hell-bent on "transforming" America in HIS image. He triumphantly marched into Washington, DC with a huge Democratic Congressional majority determined to turn America into a third-world country. Speeches laden with lies, horrific backroom wrangling of the worst sort, ignoring the opposition party, ignoring the clear will of the American people while using the Constitution as a doormat...so much for "hope" and "change".

You elected a phantom, America.

You've been had.

Now...for you Congressional Democrats.

Yes, we who bother to take the time to know you for what you are are not at all surprised by your Socialistic power grab. But you've been had in a major way.

You sacrificed your political careers and abrogated the oath of office you took following your election to the Congress. You've committed seppuku to ensure the legacy of a preening, condescending, supremely arrogant little man from Chicago who seemingly materialized out of the ether.

You sold out your country, our children, our grandchildren, our treasure, our rights that so many have died to protect...for a mirror-kissing nobody. You are nothing more than grist for his Socialist mill; you, your careers, your families, your constituents mean nothing to him and his minions.

All for his Presidency; his legacy. You'll have to sleep with this knowledge for the rest of your pathetic little lives.

You've been had.

“America, you’ve been had.”

That’s putting it nicely.

Where I’m from we call it a dry f***!

I expected dinner and a movie, comrades.

Today marks the anniversary of the Stamp Act.

Coincidence?

Lock and load, boys and girls.
This time, revolution won’t be so much fun.

Pardon me, bub, but I was not “had.”

I saw through Barry0 from the beginning, but I’ll have to suffer with those whom he bewitched.

And that’s the story, isn’t it? They will suffer at their Messiah’s hands.

Safe to say that no FReepers were “had”, only because we A) have values, and B) take the time to keep informed.

The 52% that voted Bummer in, and all the couch sitters in that election, were had.

Well and accurately put . . . if mildly put.

@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@

May God have mercy on all who Love Him in looming traumas.

.

1996 - May 11 Journalist Joan Veon interviews David C. Korten, author of When Corporations Rule the World (1995) and former Ford Foundation project specialist in Manila. In this interview, Korten claims that: "the World Trade Organization is creating a world government in which one organization which is totally unelected, wholly secretive....with the power to virtually override any local or national laws if those in any way inconvenience global corporations....It was a terrible shock (to those of us who supported Bill Clinton) when Clinton came in and GATT and NAFTA became the centerpieces of his policy....And in a sense, there was almost a seamless transition from President Bush to President Clinton in that regard....Our democracy has been rendered meaningless by big money. The truth is there are politicians (who) are owned lock, stock and barrel by the big money interests....Our elections create, to some extent, a facade of choice."

The purists who would not vote for John McCain were also had.

We are now going to make the poor pay their way when it comes to health care. No more using the ER as a doctor’s office and then dogging the bill. If you don’t buy health insurance from an evil company, you will face a fine.

I voted for McCain.

And now that you mention his name, I say that he earned his share of the credit for this.

Specifically, he earned it on the day that he said "There's nothing to fear from a Barack Obama Presidency. He'd make a perfectly fine President."

Bingo. All those fence-sitting Joe 6-packs voted for the black dude with the mellifluous voice 'cause John McCain said to.

“and all the couch sitters in that election, were had.”

I get even more mad at them the more I think about it.
We knew this bill would happen if Obama was elected; but many said McCain/Palin were not worth fighting for.
Idiots...

Al Sharpton begs to differ with you. He was on FOX last night and told Geraldo something like, “Americans knew they were voting for Socialism when they elected Barack Obama. Let’s not pretend he wasn’t open about the fact that he’s a Socialist.”

I’m sure the soundbite will be around today.

40 percent of Americans read one or no books a year. That is the 40% that is a drag on this great nation, and it almost assuredly votes Democrat.

Except the fine is based on income (at this point) so the freeloaders can STILL do that.

It’s been a dizzy blur, but I think Bummer promised in 2008 that he would NOT do... what he just did or rather what he is poised to do tomorrow.
