It's guts ball time for an Army surgeon who has vowed not to deploy to Afghanistan with his unit unless President Obama provides evidence that he's a "natural born" citizen of the United States.

In response to previously published statements by Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, the Army presented an official letter of counseling that directs him to report to Fort Campbell, Ky., on April 12 to begin deployment preparations with his unit.

Hamilton wanted foreigners naturalized at birth to be eligible for POTUS, but Hamilton LOST. Jay and Washington overruled him, and his language regarding eligibility was not used the Constitution.

Uh no, Beck said he wondered why Obama refuses to show his BC. He said he spent hours thinking about that.

Coulter said it was not a issue but she did not address whether Obama was NBC or not. Coulter blames the media for hiding so much of Obama’s past for the questioing of Obama’s allegiance.

If either one of them wanted to end the mystery they would flat out say Obama was born in Hawaii and here is why I know that for sure. The closest I have heard is O’Reilly saying he has a copy of Obama’s BC. Then he dropped that comment like a hot potato.

And is that sufficient to meet the Constitutional requirement, even if true?

You keep criticizing based on your estimation of what WILL happen. How about a few words about what SHOULD happen?

Do you believe that the government authorities in Hawaii are justified in continuing to keep the details of Obama's birth secret despite a Constitutional requirement that has not been definitively established? The Constitution is silent with regard to who has the authority to demand that a President prove his eligibility. Who do you think has a vested interest in such a requirement?

Hasn't the Supreme Court already decided that no clause of the Constitution may be rendered meaningless or having no effect? Doesn't that decision argue for having the Supreme Court take action? How can this eligibility requirement be outside the scope of the Supreme Court's judicial review?

Under the original rules for the Presidential election, the Vice-President was the runner-up. Those rules are different now and would need studying.

But if Obama was not eligible on the date when a new administration was to take office, then my guess is that George W. Bush would still be President until such time as a replacement can be elected and take office.

I think there are plenty of complications to consider.

And as I pointed out, Neither of Obama's parents have a documented United States birth certificate. And Obama will not show his original long form.

Obama at this moment is not eligible to be POTUS. But he can show his long form BC and with no amendments we can move on from this.

An invalid signature denotes an invalid contract. If in the end Corruption and Deception were involved, laws would likely become invalid.

And evidence is OVERWHELMING that Obama is FULLY capable of Corruption and Deception ...
