U.S. military officials tell NBC News that the U.S. Army will court martial a lieutenant colonel who refuses to deploy to Afghanistan because he considers orders from President Obama to be "illegal."

Never mind the facts that Obama has yet to prove he has been born. Sorry folks, but a certificate of live birth is not a birth certificate. For instance, you can not get a U.S. passport without a birth certificate. The Lt. Col is correct, and the Army is wrong.

OK, you’re on.
I say the good LtCol is a goner for failure to follow orders of his lawful superiors. and zerO’s swearing in by the USSC made him “lawful”, thank you for nothing Chief Justice Roberts.
I believe the regime will win. If our govt, any agency of our govt, any official of our govt, wanted zerO to be exposed, it would have happened.
By now, they are all complicit in his fraud.

“Never mind the facts that Obama has yet to prove he has been born” in the United States I should have added.

Great point. Lakin needs to be treated as potential martyr. Also, if the LMSM misstates the facts about Obama’s claim of birth, it our job as informed skeptics to contact reporters and demand corrections be made.

A LTC ? What branch of the Army ? Maybe be JAG ? He sounds as useless as Gramnesty or Beau Biden , he won’t be missed by soldiers who follow orders and leave politics to civilians .

Way to take a stand, Colonel! I am so proud of you. Patrick Henry would be extremely proud of you. Queen Esther would be extremely proud of you. Perhaps you were born into this regime for such a time as this. Blessings, sir!

I’m listening to a radio report in SC that there is a growing and obvious split between the Army troops who despise king obuma and those who support him.
Not good for unit cohesion and co-operation. I don’t know where this is taking us. Well, maybe I do but I don’t want to jump the gun.
We are living in interesting times...

He sounds like an officer who actually understood the oath he took when he accepted his commission. This man is an American hero, few of those left these day.

Some lateral thinking here: Perhaps this is the army's way of sweating Obama, since the panel may request said evidence from the resident-in-chief.
So, does anyone know how do they choose the prosecuting atty and the court martial panel?
To: DallasDeb
no. and it shouldn’t have to be provided.

He sounds like an officer who actually understood the oath he took when he accepted his commission. This man is an American hero, few of those left these day. We learned this past week that our brothers and sisters wearing the uniform are going without supplies including adequate food rations . Now this DOCTOR , who also took an oath to heal and do no harm , refuses to treat our soldiers in the combat zone . Not helpful . Not a hero by a damn sight .

Where's the rest of the military who feel the same way...whistling past the graveyard?
At least Col. Lakin is honoring the oath HE took...concerning "domestic enemies".
It will be such a shame to ruin this man's military career, only to find out later that obama has no B.C. and is tossed out as CINC.

If a soldier was given an order to gather civilians and shoot them dead he would be in trouble for doing it.
To: Berlin_Freeper
See. The courts have to invalidate Obama, otherwise he’s subject to the UCMJ.
