I’m just busy trying to figure out how we get the other lunatic fringe to leave our party.

Arlen, get the hell out of Dodge!

Here’s hoping Pat Toomey gets it done. Who knows tho what the dems will do to steal what they can not win fairly.?

Heck, Sestak could end up being more conservative than scott brown in the long run.. could. If he goes the route of Critz to get Murtha’s seat, he’ll run as a conservative to get elected and then revert upon oath having been administered.

While seeing specter getting crunched early causes some concern, I think the situation is surviveable.

Party lines have been getting mighty blurry for years, glad to see more straddlers&FastEddies gone now that the TEA party has shown up and added more spice to the stew.

I don’t doubt who they will vote for on November, even in a state like Pennsylvania.. they feeel the ‘Change’ as much as everyone else across this nation. and are saying Hell, No!

This will be a very interesting mid-term election, that’s for sure.

“I was actually hoping Arlen Specter would squeak through, he would have been easier to beat. Pat Toomey will now have his hands full against Sestak.”

It was going to be Sestak and Toomey anyways. Specter was finished from the start. Toomey will have his hands full.

Me either. I’m glad his smug, entitled keister is out.

It would have also been nice to see him lose a general election though.

RE :”It would have also been nice to see him lose a general election though.

That is what I said. Joe Sestek the Dem who won is more liberal than spector. Celebrating a liberal's victory (even if Obama lost in it too) gives me bad feelings, they love this at MSNBC. I just hope Toomey wins.

“...Celebrating a liberal’s victory ...”

Yeah, but that “liberal victory” is also the ringing, stinging personal defeat of one major obstruction-in-the-colon RINO who had it coming in spades...

...and I, being at work when the news came down, smiled and barely restrained what could be politely termed a “gleeful guffaw”...

And ol’ Snarlin’ Arlen woke up today with the stupid, glazed look of a corrupt old POS who just got his political ass handed to him...

...and I smiled AGAIN at the thought of THAT...

So I celebrated with a couple shots of “Rebel Yell” whiskey last night... Then let out a REAL rebel yell and scared the hell outta the dogs...

Originally it was going to be Jack Daniel’s finest, but Rebel Yell seemed somehow, oh, I dunno, more FITTING at the moment...

And boy, did it feel GOOD!!!

So this good ol’ boy is still smiling today...But enough celebrating for us all and let’s get back to the deadly serious business of dismantling these liberal bastards one POS at a time...

I’m sorry...was that mean? Was that wrong? Too harsh? Do I care??

You know, I’ve had some harsh whiskey in my years, but, boy howdy...lemme tell ya something...that stuff is ROUGH...

I also have a 35-year old bottle of “Old Grandad” on the shelf too, that, every once in a while when I’m feeling masochistic, I take out and have a few shots of.

Remember “The Three Stooges”?? There was an episode where they pulled out a bottle of “Old Homicide” that made Moe’s hair stand up...

That about describes it perfectly...

When I was a kid, the Three Stooges struck me as too over the top. I didn’t quite enjoy them. To be sure, I did laugh at them too at times. The sight gags, like the hair standing up like you mentioned used to be some of the funniest moments.

Those expressions Moe and the others used to make were also priceless.

It’s Spec’s defeat that is being celebrated. Sestak’s victory is the unfortunate consequence of that defeat.

It’s really a two way street. Say there’s a rat turn around and they win the PA seat. I’ll be glad Specter the Defector is no longer there but dismayed that more liberal Sestak is.

Hopefully it’s an academic discussion.
