Rep. Joe Sestak, D-Pa., said Sunday the White House had offered him a job if he would withdraw from the primary race against Sen. Arlen Specter.
Sestak, who defeated the five-term incumbent Specter to win the Democratic nomination in the Senate primary, was asked on CBS's "Face the Nation" if the Obama administration had offered a position in exchange for his agreeing not to run.
"Yeah, he replied. "I was asked that question months after it happened. And I felt an obligation to answer it honestly. I said, 'yes.'
Asked what job, Sestak said: "No, no
and I said at the time, anything beyond that just gets into politics."

Your own party wanted you “buried”...How stupid are you??
Assuming we elect a new congress with guts, this should be one of a few high profile Congressional investigation that should be publicly held and Liberal Socialists should go to JAIL.
But I have been reminded by many here that this ASSUMES the GOP we elect to take the house has the spine for this.
The impeachment of 0bama will be just around the corner.
First Blago, now Sestak.
And it will go nowhere because someone will be assigned the task of taking the blame for Obastard.
He obviously “mis-spoke”. And regrets it very much.
Now move along people, nothing to see here....
The Won is above the law.
Lets see, what happened to the vacated seat in Illinois??
Sound familiar???
We are overlooking a possible danger here:
When the democrats control everything, being a highly paid bureaucrat will be better than being an elected official.
If the party gains from their game-playing, they will reward these people with great, non-elected, permanent jobs.
The Many Moods and Misplaced Words are shown on the face of the WONS.
Let The Spinning Begin...lol!!!
Not surprising. Consider what the Democrat Socialist Party (DSP) did to Joe Lieberman: He had to win as an "independent" but remains steadfastly and dependably attached to the DSP teat.

media bombshell dud?
or just a delayed fuse..
Misplaced Words
That has got to be the dumbest thing I have ever heard. I misplace my keys or glasses. I don’t “misplace” my words.
“Honey, did I leave a verb on the counter? I can’t seem to find it. And where did I put that noun?”
The Administration uses Quid pro quo, and other tools of corruption, to stack any deck it happens to want to play with. Eventually the evidence of this widespread behavior is going to come to light.
Toomey should threaten to call hearings if elected. He needs to keep this in the news and bring it up in debates.
