GOP bad dream: Birther on ticket By: Kasie Hunt June 7, 2010 03:53 PM EDT

California Republicans optimistic about their prospects in November could find themselves with a bit of a problem after the votes are counted in Tuesday’s primaries - a statewide ticket with the so-called “Birther Queen” as one of their candidates.

Orly Taitz is an Israeli émigré who has spent the last two years filing lawsuits challenging President Barack Obama’s right to be president on the grounds that he was born in Kenya. In the process, she has earned herself $20,000 in court fines.

Now she’s running for the GOP nomination for secretary of state, and with her establishment-backed primary opponent mounting a less-than-stellar campaign against her, operatives say there’s a chance she could win.

“It’d be a disaster for the Republican party,” says James Lacy, a conservative GOP operative in the state. “ Can you imagine if [gubernatorial candidate] Meg Whitman and [candidate for Lt. Gov.] Abel Maldonado—both of whom might have a chance to win in November—had to run with Orly Taitz as secretary of state, who would make her cockamamie issues about Obama’s birth certificate problems at the forefront of her activities?”

“There is no Republican candidate for statewide office that would be willing to have her campaign with them,” says Adam Probolsky, a spokesman for the Orange County Republican Party.

I also think that as information gets out about further illegal actions by both the HDOH and the media, any candidate who is anti-incumbent in a REAL sense (fighting the establishment’s status quo of covering each other’s criminal behavior) will be a refreshing option, so that intensity (implying somebody who gaves a rat’s arse about the law) might not be interpreted as insanity, as the media interprets Orly.

The more the republicans run candidates who are ignorant of the facts, afraid of the media, and blase’ about the rule of law, the more I think the whole system needs a good kick in the teeth, and electing somebody who is the exact opposite of that fat, complacent, corrupt status quo would send a message that people are increasingly aware that the system NEEDS to hear, loud and clear. The ultimate protest vote would be to elect somebody who is absolutely in-your-face against the media and the establishment corruption which gave us Obama.

Politico doesn’t allow an opportunity for comments, but I take STRONG EXCEPTION to the claim that Orly has questioned Obama’s eligibility AGAINST ALL EVIDENCE. When the Hawaii DOH, against their own interest, confirms in 2 different ways through official communications that Obama’s posted COLB is a forgery - including the admission that the best they have for Obama is not prima facie evidence - I’d say that’s powerful evidence that what Politico calls “evidence” is actually evidence AGAINST Obama. So the better statement for Politico would be that Orly, consistent with all evidence, questions Obama’s eligibility.

Politico would NEVER be that factually correct though - and that’s why a vote consistent with the facts would be a smack-down of Politico and all the rest of the corrupt media as well as the corrupt bureaucracy.

Will Orly be asking the United Nations to assist with her campaign?

The Hawaii DOH has confirmed, in 2 different ways through official communications, that Obama’s Factcheck COLB is a forgery, because

1) the HDOH has made a statutory confirmation that Obama’s COLB is amended. HDOH Administrative Rules, which were illegally hidden until November of 2009, say that all birth certificates must contain note of amendments (and the technical name for a COLB is an “abbreviated birth certificate”). Since the Factcheck COLB doesn’t note the amendment, it is known to be a forgery. And

2) the HDOH has said that all Oahu BC’s were received at the state registrar’s office and given a number by the state registrar on that same day - the “date filed”. Obama’s BC was “filed” on Aug 8, three days before the Nordyke twins’ BC’s were filed, and yet his BC has a higher (later) number than theirs. This statement by the HDOH rules out previous explanations for the discrepancy, since hospitals were given neither pre-numbered BC’s nor blocks of numbers to use and since there weren’t piles sitting around for 3 days awaiting processing at the state registrar’s office. Because the numbers are incompatible, we know that either the date filed or the certificate number is falsified (or both), making the Factcheck COLB a forgery.

More information and documentation is at http://butterdezillion.wordpress.com/2010/01/11/red-flags-in-hawaii-2/

The fact of the matter is that the HDOH has broken numerous laws on Obama’s behalf - possibly including the illegal destruction of permanent records (the original 1961 birth index, the index of foreign births, and the birth certificate of the little girl who was actually given the certificate number that Obama used on his forged COLB).

And more criminal action by the HDOH will almost certainly be revealed very soon.

Obama could never have been elected without a corrupt and criminally-negligent government, media, and law enforcement. This issue is really about the rule of law. See http://www.butterdezillion.wordpress.com for more on why the “birther” issue is not a fringe issue, but the critical, central issue America faces at this time: whether or not we are a nation under the rule of law, or whether we are a mafia-run banana republic.

To: Captain Kirk; All

I should clarify that it is only my suspicion that the BC that the HDOH may have destroyed contains the certificate number that Obama used on his Factcheck forgery.

I know that the birth certificate existed at one point (unless multiple government entities broke the law back in 1961) and that the HDOH claims it doesn’t exist now. The timing of the birth is right for it to have that number. The original 1961 index which the HDOH says doesn’t exist (in which case they illegally destroyed it) would, if not altered as the HDOH has almost certainly altered at least one other index list, would possibly show not only that they had on file a BC for that little girl, but also what certificate number she was given.

Why is the HDOH claiming this girl’s birth record doesn’t exist - which, if true, would mean that they are destroying permanent records of an individual?

Oh, and BTW, Taitz may have made a whistle stop in Israel, but she is quite Russian (or maybe only from the USSR dominated by Russians).

Maybe if the GOP addressed the issue with honesty they wouldn’t be concerned.

Exactly. The Birther issue should be honestly addressed by the GOP....instead of trying to ridicule those who believe that Obama was not natural born

People like Ann Coulter, Glenn Beck, Andrew Breitbart, and others do a big disservice when they ridicule Birthers....and it should make you wonder if these people are really “conservative” anyway.

You have to wonder why so many GOP are trying to cover for Obama. You are either a Birther or an Obama Enabler

I'd prefer anyone over a democrat. I stopped following the BC threads some time ago and for some reason I ended up with a negative view of Taitz.

She fought hard but always seemed to end up in a bungled situation. Just my impression of things.

As SOS, she would have a lot more weapons at her disposal because she would be administering all elections in the state. Harder to bungle when you have the clout.
